Installation Instructions

Important: DISCONNECT POWER to the receptacle at the circuit breaker panel before installing.

1. Align the wall plate with the duplex receptacle. Adjust the cover to ensure it is level.
2. Tighten the screws. Ensure all screws are secure but not over-tightened.
