Samsung Free Shipping Promotion: Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the promotional activity by Samsung Electronics Colombia S.A. (“SAMSUNG”).
I. Promotion Identification
Promotion Name: Free Shipping (the “Promotion”).
Promotion Validity: July 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
Available Units for Promotion: Benefits are unlimited and applicable to all Samsung references available at Authorized Participating Stores that offer free shipping.
Applicable Territory: The Promotion is valid in online channels of Authorized Participating Stores, nationwide, subject to coverage exclusions detailed in Article 6 of Chapter III of the T&C.
Applicable Channels: The Promotion is valid in online channels of Authorized Participating Stores.
II. Preliminary Considerations
This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) participating in the Promotion (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions
1. Object: By purchasing any Samsung brand reference from any category at Authorized Participating Stores (“PRODUCTS”), the CLIENT may receive free shipping of the PRODUCT to the indicated address, provided it is not excluded from coverage municipalities, as established in numeral 6 of these T&C (the “BENEFIT”). This is subject to the CLIENT fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.
2. Authorized Participating Stores: The Authorized Participating Stores for the Promotion are:

3. Products and Units: The “PRODUCTS” are all references available at Authorized Participating Stores. However, the purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to their availability at Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase.
4. Clients: “CLIENTS” for the Promotion are natural persons over 18 years of age or legal entities domiciled in Colombia.
5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the Promotion by visiting the online channels of Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the Promotion dates, paying with any method authorized by each Authorized Participating Store.
To access the Promotion, the CLIENT must follow these steps:
- The CLIENT accesses any portal of the Authorized Participating Stores with the applicable domain.
- The CLIENT selects any PRODUCT of their preference that offers this BENEFIT (either through an advertising banner or product description) and adds it to the shopping cart.
- The CLIENT proceeds to the shopping cart page and must enter the shipping address for the PRODUCT. The CLIENT must confirm beforehand that this address is covered by the BENEFIT; otherwise, the standard shipping fee will apply.
- To confirm that the BENEFIT has been applied, the CLIENT should check the top right of the page for an indication that shipping is free.
- The CLIENT follows the steps to finalize their purchase.
6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT has the following special conditions:
- The BENEFIT is cumulative with other ongoing promotions.
- The BENEFIT can be used regardless of the number of transactions made by the CLIENT.
- The BENEFIT is applicable when the CLIENT purchases a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of four (4) PRODUCTS in a single transaction at Authorized Participating Stores. For legal entities, the maximum is twenty (20) products.
- Shipment Exclusions: Shipments are not made to P.O. boxes, mailboxes, parking lots, shopping malls, transport company offices, public places, or generally to destinations that do not correspond to an exact verifiable address, addresses without official nomenclature, or those outside urban areas. Shipments will also not be made to destinations within Free Trade Zones or Special Zones (e.g., those covered by Law Páez), or destinations with tax exemptions like San Andrés, Providencia, and Santa Catalina.
- The CLIENT must verify, before purchasing the PRODUCT at the Authorized Participating Store, that the shipping of the PRODUCT to the city and/or municipality the CLIENT requires is covered by the Promotion to receive the BENEFIT. Otherwise, the CLIENT will bear the shipping cost.
- In cases where the BENEFIT is not applicable for the PRODUCT or the indicated address, the shipping cost for the PRODUCTS will be determined by each Authorized Participating Store, depending on the specific destination, weight, and volume of the package. This cost will be calculated during the purchase process and informed to the CLIENT at the time of order settlement, before payment.
- The BENEFIT will not be applicable to the following cities or municipalities. The CLIENT must verify the BENEFIT coverage prior to making the purchase subject to the Promotion:

IV. General Promotion Conditions
1. By acquiring the Promotion, the CLIENT accepts in full all terms indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the Promotion can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
3. For the online channel, each Authorized Participating Store may determine, at its discretion, the full conditions of mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. For this purpose, the CLIENT, before making their purchase, must contact the Authorized Participating Store where they intend to access the Promotion to obtain more information about the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Authorized Participating Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document. Therefore, if they are depleted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the Promotion will end.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided SAMSUNG is the producer. If any PRODUCT or BENEFIT of the Promotion has a producer other than SAMSUNG, the applicable warranty will be that established by the producer of the PRODUCT or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, and provided said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has already been delivered. The withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the indications established by each Authorized Participating Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not redeemable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card payments, or any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Updates to the T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/offer, and it will be understood that by this publication, CLIENTS are notified, and thus, these conditions become applicable to the CLIENTS of the Promotion.
10. SAMSUNG and the Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the Promotion and the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, if any claim arises regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, said claim will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each of the Authorized Participating Stores.
11. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to SAMSUNG’s online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS’ personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various technologies and security procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information is stored in limited-access systems, located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all of the Authorized Participating Stores correspond to a store different from SAMSUNG’s online channel, the respective Authorized Participating Store where the Promotion is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the Promotion. For this, the CLIENT may consult the data protection policy of the Authorized Participating Store on its website. Authorized Participating Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS’ personal information. For its part, SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the Promotion, and therefore, the treatment of such data will be carried out in accordance with the data protection policy of the corresponding Authorized Participating Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
14. These T&C are the sole legal terms and conditions applicable to the Promotion and supersede any other T&C that may cover the Promotion or a similar promotion for the same dates, which will be considered completely replaced by the provisions contained in this document.
