General Steps:
- Prepare Clay: Roll out clay to the desired thickness (approx. 2mm for some projects) and shape it.
- Use the Pottery Wheel: Place clay on the wheel. Use the centering tool to guide the clay and shape it. Ensure the wheel is set to the correct rotation direction (clockwise for left-handed users, counter-clockwise for right-handed users).
- Sculpting & Carving: Use tools to carve details, maintain bottom diameter, and shape specific parts like bottlenecks or surfaces.
- Smoothing: Use a damp sponge to smooth out surfaces and remove imperfections.
- Decorating: Use clay cutters, punches, and paints to add designs and colors. Apply clear coat varnish for a finished look.
- Drying: Allow creations to dry completely for at least 24 hours before handling or decorating further.

Tips & Tricks
- Using the Wheel Without the Dome: Place the wheel in the box to easily collect clay shavings.
- Patching Holes/Cracks: Add a small piece of clay to the area and smooth with fingers.
- Re-moistening Clay: Wrap a ball of clay in a damp cloth and place it in a plastic bag overnight.
- Clay Types: Any natural air-dry clay can be used (e.g., Sio-2, DAS, Sculpey).
