• Always turn headphones on before wearing them. Set the listening device's volume to minimum before connecting and then gradually increase volume.
• Never use headphones without earpads.
• Ensure you can still hear ambient sounds. Active noise cancellation may reduce awareness of surroundings, posing a risk. Do not use in conditions requiring special attention (heavy traffic, construction sites, railway lines) or while operating vehicles or bicycles.
• Avoid using headphones in crowded places for activities like running or walking; keep volume low to hear ambient sounds.
• Supervision is required for children under 14.
• Use headphones only for their intended purpose; not as noise protection or aviation headsets.
• Use compliant adapters for aeroplane seat plugs to prevent overheating damage.
• Remove headphones immediately if you feel heat or lose audio signal.
• Do not place burning objects near or on the headphones.
• Do not apply excessive weight or pressure to the headphones.
• Do not expose headphones to moisture or immerse them in water.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth; avoid solvent-based cleaners.
• Servicing should be performed by a professional for any damage (liquid spillage, cable damage, drops, etc.). Do not modify the system.
• Replace earpads only with manufacturer-specified models to maintain sound quality and ANC.

Contact a doctor if exposed to battery components. If battery shows unusual odor, heat, or warping, switch off and contact dealer.
• Use only with certified Limited Power Supply (LPS) meeting local regulations.
• Charge battery between 0°C and 45°C. Never charge swollen, leaking, or damaged batteries/chargers. Charge on non-flammable, non-conductive surfaces, away from flammable materials. Keep battery/charger away from children under 14. Do not use while charging.
• Battery performance degrades over time. Recharge every three months during prolonged non-use. Avoid excessive heat (above 40°C) or cold (below -5°C) for optimal use.

Quick Start Guide Summary

This section summarizes the quick start guide steps:

1. Package Contents: Identify items A (Bathys headphones), B (carrying case), C (Jack cable), D (USB-C cable), E (Quick Start guide).
2. Power On: Slide the [Power Button] to ON.
3. Pairing: For first use, pairing is automatic. To pair with another device, press and hold the [Multifunction Button] for 4 seconds. Connect via device's Bluetooth settings.
4. Mode Selection: Use the button on the left earcup. Short press to toggle Noise Reduction/Transparency. Press and hold for 2 seconds to cycle through ANC modes (Silent, Soft).
5. Voice Assistants: Press the button on the right earcup to activate Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa (after app setup).
6. Telephone Calls: Press [Multifunction Button] once to answer/end. Press and hold for 2 seconds to reject.
7. USB DAC Mode: Connect the USB-C cable and move the [Power Button] to the DAC position.
8. Charging: Connect the USB-C cable. The [Power Button] can be OFF or ON, but headphones should be off during charging. The battery light indicates charging status.
9. Earpad Replacement: Carefully detach earpads by pulling clips. Replace with identical Focal models.
10. Factory Settings: Press and hold the "[+] Button" and "[ANC Button]" for 8 seconds.
11. Forced Shutdown: Press and hold the "[+ Button]", "[- Button]", and "[ANC Button]" simultaneously.
12. Important Note: Do not use the headphones while the battery is charging.
