FAQ
- Car Starting Noise: Because the output current can be unstable during car starting, please turn off the FM Transmit before stopping the car. Otherwise, the FM may produce noise when the car restarts.
- FM and CarPlay Interference: When using FM to connect with CarPlay, do not use the same frequency as the broadcast. Using the same frequency can cause interference and no sound. Alternatively, use the AUX cable to connect CarPlay, which can effectively solve this problem.
- Camera Function Removal: Based on user feedback and to optimize performance, the camera function has been removed to provide a better user experience.
- Auto-Connect Time: After connecting to CarPlay/Android Auto, please wait for 10-20 seconds for the system to automatically connect to your phone.
- Reconnecting: Before reconnecting, ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on your mobile phone for the system to auto-connect.
- Power Connection: Please follow the suggested power connection method to avoid interference, especially when the machine is started.
