This document provides installation instructions for the Philips Hue Centura recessed spotlight. It is designed for indoor use and requires a GU10 bulb.
The fixture is available in different shapes (e.g., round, square) and finishes.

Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare Power
Turn off the main power supply to the installation area at the circuit breaker. [Power OFF symbol]
Step 2: Cut Ceiling Opening
Mark the desired location on the ceiling. Use a pencil to trace a circle with a diameter of 70-75mm. Use a hole saw to cut out the marked circle. [Drill with hole saw symbol]
Step 3: Check Clearance
Verify sufficient space above the ceiling for the fixture. Minimum depth required is 10cm (a). Ensure a minimum distance of 30cm (b) from other fixtures or obstructions. [Diagram showing minimum clearance distances a=10cm, b=30cm]
Step 4: Insert Fixture
Carefully insert the main body of the spotlight fixture into the cut-out opening in the ceiling. [Diagram showing fixture being inserted into ceiling opening]
Step 5: Connect Wiring
Open the junction box cover on the fixture. Connect the mains power wires (Live, Neutral, Earth) to the corresponding terminals inside the junction box using a screwdriver. Step 6: Install Bulb
Insert a GU10 bulb (maximum 6W, not included) into the socket. [Diagram of GU10 bulb being inserted into socket]
Step 7: Secure Fixture
Attach the decorative trim or cover to the fixture. Ensure it is securely in place. [Diagram showing decorative trim being attached to the fixture]
Step 8: Final Wiring and Power On
If not already done, connect the fixture's wiring to the ceiling wiring. Double-check all connections. Turn the power supply back ON at the circuit breaker. [Power ON symbol]
Step 9: Adjust Spotlight
