Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your MAULpro Fixed mobile whiteboard:
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Connect the base components (Parts 1, 2, 18, 19) to form the mobile stand. This involves attaching the vertical support poles to the base, which includes wheel assemblies. Use screws and connectors as indicated in the diagrams.
Diagram Description: Shows the two vertical support poles being attached to the base structure, which includes wheel assemblies. Parts like 1, 2, 18, and 19 are shown being connected.
Step 2: Attach Horizontal Supports
Attach the horizontal support bars (Parts 6, 17) to the vertical poles. These bars provide stability and mounting points for the whiteboard. Use the provided screws (e.g., Part 4) and tools (e.g., Part 5).
Diagram Description: Shows horizontal bars being attached to the vertical uprights of the stand. Parts 6 and 17 are shown connecting to the main frame, likely using screws like Part 4.
Step 3: Mount Whiteboard Panel
Carefully attach the whiteboard panel (Part 20) to the assembled frame. This typically involves securing it to the horizontal support bars using brackets and screws (e.g., Parts 9, 13, 14, 15).
Diagram Description: Depicts the whiteboard panel being lowered onto the frame and secured. Parts 20, 9, 13, 14, and 15 are shown in this process.
Step 4: Attach Marker Tray
Attach the marker tray (Part 8) to the lower part of the whiteboard frame, usually below the writing surface. Use the appropriate screws (e.g., Part 7).
Diagram Description: Shows the marker tray being attached to the front of the whiteboard frame. Part 8 is shown being secured, likely with Part 7.
Usage and Care
Magnet Usage: To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the whiteboard surface, magnets should always be pulled off and placed in their new position rather than slid across the surface. This prevents scratching and maintains the smooth writing experience.
Packaging and Disposal: Information regarding packaging and disposal is available. Please refer to local regulations for proper disposal of the product and its components.
