Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Wheels to Vertical Supports
Attach two caster housings with wheels (23, 11) to the bottom of each vertical support (1, 2) using two screws (20) per support. Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram (indicated by ⬆️ arrows and ✔️/❌ symbols).
Step 2: Assemble the Base Frame
Connect the two horizontal supports (3) to the bottom sections of the vertical supports (1, 2). Use two M6x80 bolts (10) and two M6x30 bolts (15) per side, securing with nuts (16). Attach the lower crossbar (4) and upper crossbar (5) to the vertical supports (1, 2) using screws (17) and brackets (18, 21), secured with nuts (16). Arrows (➡️) indicate connection points.
Step 3: Attach Locking Mechanisms and Handles
Attach the locking mechanism plates (9) to the vertical supports (1, 2) using screws (19) and caps (24). Attach the handle attachment (25) to the upper crossbar (5).
Step 4: Mount the Whiteboard Surface
Carefully place the whiteboard surface (26) onto the assembled frame (indicated by ⬇️ arrow). Secure the whiteboard using the handle lever (14), screw (12), and washer (13) into the frame.
Step 5: Install Handles and Usage Note
Attach the handle (7) to the handle attachment (25). Attach the knobs (8) to the locking mechanisms.
Important Usage Note: Magnets (?) should be lifted off the surface and moved to a new position, not slid across the surface. This prevents scratching.
