Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The case light will begin to flash blue.
Step 2: Remove the earbuds from the charging case by pulling them vertically or laterally.
Step 3: One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.
Step 4: On your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JLab GO Air". A two-beep audio tone followed by a solid white light indicates the devices are connected.
Adding New Bluetooth Devices / Additional Devices: Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab GO Air" in the new device's settings.
Button Functions
Left Earbud:
- Volume Down: Single tap.
- Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Double tap.
- Previous Track: Hold for 1+ second.
- Change EQ: Triple tap.
- Power On: Hold for 3+ seconds.
Right Earbud:
- Volume Up: Single tap.
- Play/Pause: Double tap.
- Next Track: Hold for 1+ second.
- Answer Call: Single tap.
- End Call: Double tap.
- Reject Incoming Call: Hold for 1+ second.
- Change EQ: Triple tap.
- Power On: Hold for 3+ seconds.
Audio Prompts:
- Power On: Single beep.
- Bluetooth Connected: 2 beeps.
- Battery Low: Audio prompt "Low battery" (below 20%).
- Power Off: Single beep.
Customized EQ3 Sound Modes
Tap either the right or left earbud 3 times for different equalizer settings. The GO Air earbuds will cycle through 3 EQ settings:
- JLab Signature (One beep): Unmistakable sound with amplified vocals and bass.
- Balanced (Two beeps): Even sound with no additional sound enhancements.
- Bass Boost (Three beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.
Charging Your Earbuds
Step 1: The earbuds will turn off when placed in the case and will first show the charging case's battery level.
- Solid Green light: 100-25% battery.
- Flashing Red light: Less than 25% battery (charging case).
Step 2: Pulsing blue lights indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged.
Step 3: The earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case.
Charging Case
Connect the GO Air earbuds to your computer or a device with a USB 5V 1A output (or lower) to charge the case.
Visuals indicate charging status: "Fully Charged" and "Charging".
Fitting
Try all included ear tips to find the optimal fit and seal. Insert the earbud into your ear canal and rotate slightly to adjust for the best fit.
Recommendations
- The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply choose one earbud and remove it from the case to connect.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the device you wish to connect.
Warning
To avoid damage to the case, completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case. The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the case is not.
Troubleshooting: Connection Error or Earbuds Disconnected (Manual Reset)
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and delete "JLab GO Air" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Quickly tap one earbud 7 times while it is in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 3 times.
- Quickly tap the other earbud 7 times while it is in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 3 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will light solid white, and the other will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

Attention & Safety
- Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax may accumulate on the earbud tips, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily discontinue use of the product. If you regularly experience discomfort, stop use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like a pair of sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
