Announcement Details

This notice announces the discontinuance of products currently offered by Diodes Incorporated. Customers are requested to acknowledge receipt of this PCN within 30 days of the notification date by contacting their local Diodes sales representative. Sample requests should also be submitted within 30 days to ensure availability for evaluation.

Changes will not be implemented prior to the target implementation date (6 months from notification), unless written customer approval is received earlier. Customer-specific agreements regarding product discontinuance will be handled separately.

Description of Change

This PCN notifies customers that the products listed below will no longer be available from Diodes Incorporated. For some products, recommended replacement parts are available for immediate substitution.

Gate driver products (Table 2-1) will have a life-time buy opportunity until September 30, 2025 (last order) with the last ship date of March 30, 2026.
Other products (Table 2-2) will have a life-time buy opportunity until January 22, 2026 (last order) with the last ship date of July 23, 2026.

Diodes Incorporated reserves the right to make products without a life-time buy opportunity (Tables 1 and 3) obsolete without further notification. Please contact Diodes representatives for more information.
