Description of Change

This PCN is issued to notify customers that Diodes Incorporated has qualified additional Diodes Internal FAB (SFAB2) in Shanghai, China, and Diodes Internal A/T site (CAT) in Chengdu, China, to ensure continuity of supply. Additionally, Diodes has qualified additional Bill of Material (BOM) for select products. Comprehensive electrical characterization and high reliability testing have been performed, confirming no changes to device functionality or electrical specifications in the datasheet. Refer to the attached qualification/reliability report for details.

Continuity of Supply. No change in data sheet parameters and/or product performance.
