Assembly Steps:

Step 1: Connecting Armrests

Make sure that the armrest connector is fully aligned with the chair base connector when inserting it, and then press down firmly until you hear a "click" sound to complete.

ATTENTION: Remove the plastic cap before assembling backrest.

Step 3: Connecting Power and Controls

Connect wires from the backrest and chair base with the same color together. Connect the wire from the back to the wire at the bottom of the sofa. The USB socket is located in the bottom of the sofa armrest.

Operating Your Recliner

How to Recline:

Use the recliner control to adjust the backrest and footrest to your desired position.

How to Get Footrest Latch Down:

Use the recliner control to retract the footrest to its original position.

Using the Massage Remote:

Remote Functions:

1. POWER: Turn on/off the remote control.
2. HEAT: Turn on/off the heating function for the backrest. (Heating function works with vibration separately.)
3. MODE: Set different massage modes.
4. TIMER: Set a fixed time for massage (10/20/30 minutes).
5. POINTS: Control massage points (back, lumbar, thigh) individually.
6. INTENSITY: Select the strength of the massage function (low, medium, high).

What if the reclining function of my recliner chair does not operate at all?	Make sure all the connections of the chair are secured. Check if the RED light on the switch and the GREEN light on the power adapter on the bottom of the base are on. Check all the electrical cords are not crimped or pinched. Make sure the GREEN light of the recline remote goes on.
What if the massage and heat do not work?	Check all the electrical cords are not crimped or pinched. Make sure the GREEN light on the power adapter on the bottom of the base is on. Check if the GREEN light on the USB charge ports goes on. Make sure the lights of the massage remote go on.
What if the USB charge ports do not work?	Make sure the massage and heat are both effective. Make sure the USB cable coming out of the right armrest is properly connected; Check if the GREEN light on the USB charge ports goes on.
What if the armrest falls apart from seat?	Ensure the two connections on each armrest are all inserted onto the seat tightly. Check the brackets of armrest and base to ensure there is no defects.
What if my recliner chair makes a clicking noise?	Check to make sure the chair frame, motor and wiring are intact. Make sure the weight capacity of 300 lbs has not been exceeded.
What if my recliner chair tilted to one side?	Check the brackets of backrest are installed into seat tightly. Make sure the frame at the bottom of recliner chair is in a good condition without any distortion. Use recliner chair on the flat carpet, not smooth floor.

If the recliner still does not operate properly, please contact the Mcombo Customer Support for help and never attempt to make any repairs or adjustments yourself.

Product Care

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth to prevent soil build-up. Keep away from heat to avoid glazing, melting or scorching. Use a professional cleaning service to clean the fabric.

Note: Please disassemble the swivel glider before returning it, otherwise there will be a huge cost due to its size.
