I cannot establish the WiFi connection between my device and the client.

  • Make sure the WiFi function is active.
  • Refresh the network list and select the correct SSID on your mobile device.
  • Check the IP address to ensure your client can obtain an IP address automatically in the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) properties.
  • Type the correct network key (WiFi password) when you connect to the device.

Problems with the passwords.

  • For the default WiFi connection password and the default web page password, check the label on the device.
