5. Setting Up Your Razer Nommo Pro
Setup Steps

Arrange your chair and Razer Nommo Pro in a triangular position, with sides at equal distance.

Connect the left and right speakers to their respective ports on the subwoofer.

Connect the audio control pod to the subwoofer.

Connecting Your Razer Nommo Pro to Audio Devices
Via 3.5mm Audio Port
Connect your music player to the Razer Nommo Pro using the included 3.5mm audio cable.

Via Optical Port
Connect your home entertainment system to the Razer Nommo Pro using the included optical cable.

Via Bluetooth
- Download the Razer Nommo Pro app on your mobile device.
- With the control pod enabled, press the audio source button until Bluetooth is selected.
- Press and hold the audio source button until the LED indicator blinks.
- Launch the app and follow instructions. Download at razer.com/Nommoproapp.

Via USB Port
Connect your PC or Mac to the Razer Nommo Pro using the USB Type-A to USB Type-B cable. You may need to set the device as your system's default playback device.

For PC Users
- Open Sound settings: Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage audio devices. Or, right-click the sound icon in the system tray and select Playback devices.
- In the Playback tab, select Razer Nommo Pro and click Set Default.

For Mac Users
- Open Sound settings: System Preferences > Sound.
- In the Output tab, select Razer Nommo Pro.

6. Using Your Razer Nommo Pro
Standby Mode
Press and hold the standby button on the control pod to enable or disable standby mode.

Choosing a Playback Device
Press the audio source button repeatedly until your desired input is selected.

Adjusting the Volume
Rotate the volume control on the control pod to increase or decrease volume.

Press the standby button to mute/unmute the volume.

These functions also apply when headphones are connected.
Using the Headphone Output Port
Connect headphones to the control pod's headphone output port. Sound will automatically switch from speakers to headphones.

7. Installing Razer Software for Your Razer Nommo Pro

- Ensure your Razer device is connected to your computer's USB port.
- Install the Razer software when prompted or download from razer.com/software.
- Create or log in to your Razer ID.

8. Configuring Your Razer Nommo Pro

Synapse Tab
The Synapse tab is the default view in Razer Synapse 3, providing access to the Dashboard subtab.
Dashboard
The Dashboard subtab offers an overview of Razer Synapse 3, allowing access to devices, modules, and online services.

Audio Tab
Customize your device settings in the Audio tab to maximize performance. Changes are saved automatically.

Sound Subtab
Modify volume, equalizer presets, and sound properties.
- Profile: Stores peripheral settings. Default name is system name. Add, rename, duplicate, or delete profiles via the ⋮ button.
- Volume: Control audio output volume and mute/unmute.
- Bass Boost: Enhance bass output.
- Audio Enhancement: Adjust audio frequency settings for tone or custom sound signatures.
- Input Source: Select USB, Bluetooth, AUX, or Optical.
- Sound Properties: Opens Windows sound properties.
Lighting Tab
Customize your Razer device's lighting settings.

Brightness
Adjust brightness or turn off lighting using the slider or toggle.
Switch Off Lighting
A power-saving feature that disables lighting when the system display turns off.
Quick Effects
Apply preset lighting effects:

Choose custom Chroma Effects for your Chroma-enabled peripheral.
Profiles Tab
Manage profiles and link them to games and applications.
Devices
View profiles per device. Create new profiles with [+], and manage (rename, duplicate, delete) with the ⋮ button. Profiles can auto-activate with applications via Link Games.

Linked Games
Add, view, or search for games. Sort games by alphabetical order, last played, or most played. Games are listed even if not linked to a Razer device.

Settings Window
Access settings via the ⚙️ button to configure startup behavior, language, view the master guide, or perform factory resets.

General Tab
Change software language, startup behavior, or view master guides for connected devices.
Reset Tab
Perform a factory reset on devices with on-board memory. This erases stored profiles. Devices without on-board memory will have default settings applied.
About Tab
View software information, copyright, terms of use, check for updates, or access Razer social communities.
9. Safety and Maintenance
Safety Guidelines
- Use the Razer Nommo Pro safely by following these guidelines:
- If the device malfunctions and troubleshooting fails, unplug it and contact Razer support at support.razer.com.
- Do not disassemble the device; this voids the warranty. Do not operate under abnormal current loads.
- Keep the device away from liquids, humidity, and moisture. Operate within 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F). If temperatures exceed this range, unplug or switch off the device to stabilize.
- Prolonged exposure to loud volumes can damage hearing. Adhere to country regulations (e.g., 86db for 8 hours). Listen at a comfortable volume for prolonged periods.
Maintenance and Use
The Razer Nommo Pro requires minimal maintenance. Once a month, unplug the device and clean it with a soft cloth or cotton swab dampened with warm water to prevent dirt buildup. Avoid soap or harsh cleaning agents.
