Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

  1. Step 1: Attach Handle

    Connect the handle components by aligning them and pushing until they click into place.

  2. Step 2: Fill Clean Water Tank

    Fill the clean water tank with water up to the MAX line indicated on the side of the tank.

  3. Step 3: Fill Solution Bottle

    Fill the solution bottle with Hoover Solution and slide it into the back of the unit.

How to Use: Main Unit

  1. Step 1: Operate Pedals

    Use the pedals to control the unit. One pedal is for On/Off, and another is for Recline.

  2. Step 2: Wash and Dry Carpet

    Slowly push the unit forward while squeezing the trigger to wash the carpet. Release the trigger and slowly pull the unit back to dry the carpet. Repeat this process for each section.

How to Use: Above Floor

  1. Step 1: Hose Attachment

    Attach the hose to the designated port on the cleaner unit.

  2. Step 2: Tool Attachment

    Attach the desired cleaning tool to the end of the hose.

  3. Step 3: Spray / Scrub

    Use the attached tool to spray cleaning solution and scrub the surface.

How to Use: Cleaning and Maintaining

  1. Step 1: Remove Dirty Water Tank

    Lift and remove the dirty water tank from the unit.

  2. Step 2: Remove Nozzle Cover

    Pull the nozzle cover to detach it from the unit.

  3. Step 3: Remove Brushes

    To remove the brushes, press both tabs located on the side of the brush foot.

  4. Step 4: Reinsert Brushes

    Push the brushes back into place until you hear an audible click. Press firmly until the latches lock securely.

How to Use: Quick Clean Mode

  1. Engaging Modes

    To engage Quick Clean Mode, turn the control knob counter-clockwise until it clicks into place. To return to Deep Clean Mode, turn the knob clockwise to its starting position.
