Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Redragon. Please read the following warranty rules carefully:

• Within 18 months of purchase, repair is guaranteed for electrical circuit problems. Damages from disassembly, impacts, submersion, improper voltage, or natural disasters are not covered.
• Consumable parts (e.g., foot pads) and spare parts replacement are not included in the warranty.

Connecting the Keyboard with Multiple Devices

Wired Connection

1. Set the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch to "OFF".
2. Connect the keyboard to the computer using the USB cable.
3. The computer will recognize and configure the keyboard automatically.

2.4G Wireless Connection

1. Set the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch to "2.4G". The LED indicator will flash green.
2. Plug the USB receiver into your computer's USB port. The keyboard will connect automatically.
3. If auto-connection fails, or to connect to a new device: unplug the USB receiver, press and hold [FN] + [R] for 3 seconds (LED indicator flashes green), then plug the USB receiver into the computer. The LED will turn steady on after pairing.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Set the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch to "BT".
2. Press and hold [FN] + [Q/W/E] for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash blue [1], cyan [2], or purple [3] quickly.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for available devices. Select "BT3.0 Keyboard" or "BT5.0 Keyboard" to pair. The LED will turn steady on after pairing.
4. To switch between Bluetooth connections (BT1/BT2/BT3), press [FN] + [Q/W/E].

Product Features

Backlight Control

• Switch backlight patterns: Press [FN] + [INS] to cycle through 16 patterns. Press [FN] + [PrtSc] to turn the backlight ON/OFF.
• Adjust backlight speed: Press [FN] + [→] (5 levels).
• Adjust backlight brightness: Press [FN] + [↑]/[↓] (5 levels).
• Switch backlight color: Press [FN] + [DEL] to cycle through Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Cyan, White, RGB.
• Preset Gaming Modes & DIY Backlight: Press [FN] + [1] to enter a preset gaming mode (e.g., WASD, arrow keys light up). To start DIY mode, press [FN] + [HOME]. The LED indicator will flash until recording is complete. Select colors for individual keys, then press [FN] + [HOME] to save.

[WIN] Lock

Press [FN] + [WIN] to lock the [WIN] key. Press again to unlock.

Press and hold [FN] + [ESC] for 5 seconds.

Power Save Mode & How to Recharge

In wireless/BT connection mode, the keyboard backlight turns off after 3 minutes of inactivity to save battery. After 30 minutes of inactivity, the keyboard enters power save mode; press any key to wake it up.

When the battery is low, the backlight turns off, and the power LED blinks red slowly when a key is pressed.

Connect the keyboard to a computer for charging. The power LED is steady red while charging and turns steady green when fully charged.

Battery Level Indicator: Press and hold [FN] + [Battery Icon] to display the battery level. Release to return to the current backlight mode.

FAQ

1. Keyboard not responding: Check if the USB cable is securely inserted into the computer's USB port, or try a different USB port.
2. Liquid spill: Immediately unplug the keyboard's USB cable. Wipe off excess liquid and place the keyboard in a dry, ventilated area. Allow it to dry naturally before the next use.

Battery Safety Guidelines

• DO NOT replace the battery with a different model.
• DO NOT use the product if the battery shows signs of damage (tearing, deformation, leakage, odor).
• DO NOT touch leaking battery material. Seek medical attention if material contacts skin or eyes.
• DO NOT expose the battery to liquid, heat, electricity (outside the product), or non-standard conditions.
• DO NOT remove the battery except for proper disposal and recycling according to local laws.
• DO NOT impact, bend, alter, disassemble, or damage the battery.
