Thank you for choosing the Redragon brand. To protect your rights and for better customer service, please note our warranty rules:

  1. Within the guarantee period, repair is guaranteed for failures due to electrical circuit problems. Man-made damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake) are not included.
  2. Consumable parts (e.g., foot stick) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.
  3. Please fill out the warranty card. The warranty card is valid with the retailer's stamp.
  4. This warranty card will not be reissued if lost. Please keep it in a safe place.

How to Connect the Keyboard with a Computer

Wired Connection

  1. Slide the ON/OFF switch on the left side of the keyboard to OFF.
  2. Take out the USB A to USB Type C cable from the package and connect the keyboard to your computer.
  3. Press [FN] + [5] (USB) key; the LED marked with 'M' will twinkle 5 times, indicating successful connection.
  4. The computer will recognize and configure the keyboard automatically.
  5. Charging begins when the keyboard is powered up. The LED marked with 'M' lights up red. It turns white when the keyboard is fully recharged.

2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Slide the ON/OFF switch on the left side of the keyboard to ON.
  2. Press [FN] + [4] for about 3 seconds. The LED marked with 'M' flashes quickly in green.
  3. Plug the USB receiver into any available USB port on your computer within 20 seconds. The computer will recognize and configure the keyboard automatically.
  4. The indicator will flash red when the battery is low. Recharge the keyboard by plugging the Type C cable into a computer. It will turn off automatically soon.
  5. Note: The LED marked with 'M' will light up red while charging and turn green when charging is completed (in 2.4G connecting mode).

Bluetooth Connection

  1. Slide the ON/OFF switch on the left side of the keyboard to ON.
  2. Press [FN] + [1] (or [2]/[3] for other Bluetooth devices). The LED marked with 'M' flashes in blue (or cyan/magenta for others).
  3. Turn on Bluetooth and scan for available devices on your computer or smartphone. It will find "BT3.0Keyboard" or "BT5.0 KB" devices. Select one to connect automatically.
  4. The indicator will flash red when the battery is low. Recharge the keyboard by plugging the Type C cable into a computer. It will turn off automatically soon.
  5. Note: The LED marked with 'M' will light up red while charging and turn cyan/magenta when charging is completed (in Bluetooth connecting mode).

Scroll Button Function

The scroll button, located in the upper right corner, adjusts volume and keyboard backlight brightness.

Shortcut Key Functions

Macro Recording Function

There are 4 profile keys (M1 to M4). Each profile can be assigned 5 macro keys (G1 to G5), totaling 20 groups of macro recordings.

  1. Press an 'M' key (M1/M2/M3/M4) to set a profile group; the key light turns ON.
  2. Press the 'MR' key (MR key light turns ON), then press a 'G' key (G1/G2/G3/G4/G5); the key light turns ON.
  3. Record the desired keys.
  4. Press the 'MR' key to complete recording (MR key light turns OFF).

Example: M1 → MR → G1 → Record "ABC" → MR

How to Play Macro

  1. Choose the profile group by pressing an 'M' key (M1 to M4).
  2. Press the macro key (G1 to G5).

Example: M1 → G1 (plays "ABC")

How to Delete Macro

  1. Choose the profile group by pressing an 'M' key (M1 to M4) (the key backlighting flashes).
  2. Press the 'MR' key (MR key backlighting flashes).
  3. Double-press a 'G' key (G1 to G5) (the key light turns OFF).
  4. Press the 'MR' key to save (MR key light turns OFF).

How to Recharge the Keyboard

Find the USB A to USB Type C cable in the packaging. Plug it into the keyboard and connect it to a computer for charging. The LED indicator ('M') on the keyboard will turn red. The LED indicator ('M') turns red when the keyboard is out of battery.

Swap Functions of [W]/[A]/[S]/[D] and Arrow Keys

  1. Press and hold the [FN] key, then press the [W] key to interchange the function of the four letter keys [W]/[A]/[S]/[D] and the four arrow keys [↑]/[↓]/[←]/[→].
  2. Repeat the above operation to resume the previous setting.

FAQ

  1. Keyboard not responding: Check if the keyboard's USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on the computer, or try another USB port.
  2. Spilled liquid on the keyboard: Remove the keyboard's USB cable from the computer immediately. Wipe up excess liquid and place the keyboard in a warm place (e.g., under a lamp) to let it dry naturally before using again.
