Assembly
Step 1: Top Slope Overlooking Plan
A top-down diagram illustrates the initial layout of the shelter's frame. It shows a grid formed by connecting tubes labeled '1' and '2' using connectors labeled 'A' (elbow) and 'B' (T-connector), establishing the base structure for the roof.
Step 2: Install the Top Bevel
An angled view of the shelter frame being assembled. It shows tubes labeled '1' and '2' being connected using connectors 'A' and 'B' to form the arched roof structure. Close-up views show how tubes connect to connectors.
Step 3: Install Columns
An angled view showing the main frame structure. Vertical tubes (labeled '3') and connectors (labeled '3A') are being attached to the base of the frame to form the vertical supports or columns. Close-up views illustrate the connection points.
Step 4: Install a Tarp
A line drawing shows the assembled frame and the tarp (labeled 'K') being placed over it. An arrow indicates the direction of placement.
Step 5: Secure the Tarp with Elastic Rope
An angled view of the shelter with the tarp installed. Elastic ropes (F#) are shown being attached to secure the tarp to the frame. Close-up views show the elastic rope (F#) connecting to grommets (K1#, K2#) on the tarp and potentially to frame parts.
Step 6: Install Columns
A close-up view shows how parts labeled '3' and '3A' are used to connect vertical elements, likely reinforcing the structure or attaching to the base.
Step 7: Secure the Tarp with Elastic Rope / Install the Base
An angled view showing the shelter. The tarp is secured. Base plates (C) are shown being attached to the bottom of the vertical frame legs using bolts (G# - M8x50) and washers (I#).
Step 8: Mounting Bottom Beam
An angled view of the shelter. Bottom beams (tubes labeled '3') are being attached to the lower part of the frame. These beams are secured using bolts (H# - M6x45) and washers (I#), connecting to parts labeled 'D' and '3'.
Step 9: Secure the Base to the Ground with Tent Tacks
An angled view of the shelter base. Tent tacks (J#) are shown being hammered into the ground through loops or attachment points at the base of the shelter to secure it. A close-up shows the tent tack (J#) and its connection.
Step 10: Secure the Perimeter with Windproof Drawstrings and Secure the Product to the Ground
An angled view of the shelter. Windproof drawstrings (E#) are attached to the shelter and staked to the ground using tent tacks (J#).
