Before Assembly
The solar light needs to be charged in full sunlight for 8-12 hours to allow the rechargeable battery to reach maximum capacity.
Place the assembled Bollard Pathway Light on a carpeted or scratch-free work surface to avoid damage. Do not dispose of packaging materials until assembly is complete. Use the Component Parts List to identify and separate all pieces.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the light does not turn on at night:
- Ensure no cover, shade, or shadowing obstructs the solar panel from direct sunlight.
- Verify the installed location receives adequate sunlight and is away from other light sources (e.g., streetlights) that might prevent automatic activation.
- Confirm the switch is in the "ON" position for charging. The battery will not charge if the switch is "OFF".
- The battery may need replacement if it has reached the end of its lifespan.
