Assembly Diagram

The diagram illustrates the assembly of the milking machine. Components connect as follows: A stop valve connects to a milk suction head. This connects to the milk container. The milk container has a connector and an exhaust vent, which then connect to the host machine. The host machine features a power switch.

Note: During installation, connect the components with the same number. (The label is for illustration only.)

Usage method

  1. Turn on the power switch. The image shows the power switch, a red button protected by a clear cover.
  2. Adjust the vacuum degree through the pressure regulating valve. Rotate the regulating lever of the pressure regulating valve clockwise [clockwise] to increase the vacuum degree, and counterclockwise [counter-clockwise] to reduce the vacuum degree. Adjust the vacuum degree repeatedly until the pointer of the vacuum gauge reaches 0.045~0.05MPa. The diagram shows the pressure regulating valve with its adjusting lever and a vacuum meter indicating the pressure range.
  3. Attach the milk cups. Put the milk cup on the teat and turn the valve to the open state so that there is vacuum pressure in the milk cup to hold the teat firmly. In the same way, put another milk cup on the other teat.
  4. Start milking.

Notes during usage:

Common Problems and Solutions

  1. Problem: After receiving the product, plugging in the mainframe does not result in operation. Check the adapter. You can connect a 12V battery for a power supply test if it is an adapter problem.
Solution: A power adapter with an output voltage of 12V5A or more can be used.
  2. Problem: The pulse machine is working, then suddenly shuts off and stops working. After restarting, it works again.
Solution: Continuous working time is too long, resulting in excessive battery temperature. Turn off the machine, wait for the battery to cool down, then turn it on later.
  3. Problem: After a period of time, the vacuum pump has no suction.
Solution: Check whether the cover is damaged or cracked, whether there is leakage at the air-tight interface, and whether the pipe is damaged.
  4. Problem: There is no pulse during the operation of the vacuum pump.
Solution: Check whether the pulse tube is damaged. Listen carefully to the working sound of the main solenoid valve; if there is no regular beat, that indicates a solenoid valve fault.
  5. Problem: In the course of use, avoid sucking milk too full so that milk is sucked into the vacuum pump. (Vacuum pumps can be damaged if they suck too much milk).
Solution: If milk is accidentally sucked into the pump, stop immediately. Unplug the negative pressure pipe, then open the main machine to drain the milk.
  6. Problem: After milking, the milking cup is stuck tightly and cannot be removed. What should be done?
Solution: First, turn off the vacuum pump. Then, gently squeeze the animal's teats with your fingers and pinch the place where the milk cup and the teat intersect to let air into the milk cup. Wait a few seconds, and then the milk cup can be easily removed.
  7. Problem: Why does milking not start after opening the vacuum pump?
Solution: The animal's teat may not fit the milking cup completely. Check whether the teat has entered the milking cup. You can insert your thumb into the milking cup to feel the suction. Ensure the animal's teats fit perfectly into the milking cup.
  8. Problem: Can I use it directly or only by battery?
Solution: It is recommended to use it after it is fully charged to protect the battery.
