1. Charge the Doorbell
Please charge your doorbell with a DC 5V 1A~2A phone adapter and the provided charging cable. The LED will glow blue once fully charged.

2. Supply Power to the Chime
2.1 Power by three AA batteries
Three units of AA batteries are required to make your indoor chime 100% wire-free. You can place your chime in almost anywhere indoors. Please mind the electrodes when installing batteries.

2.2 Power by DC 5V adapter
You can also plug in the provided USB cable and connect the chime to a DC 5V 1A~2A phone adapter.

3. What's in the Box

NOTE: Micro SD card and power adapter are not included.
4. Switch on the Doorbell
Remove the wall mounting bracket and silicone cover, then switch on your doorbell. The LED indicator will flash red (once per second), indicating it is ready for network setting.

LED Indicator States:
- Solid Red: Device is abnormal.
- Flashing Red Slowly (Once per second): Ready for WiFi configuration.
- Flashing Red Quickly (Twice per second): Device is connecting to WiFi.
- Solid Blue: Successfully connected to WiFi network.
- Flashing Blue Slowly (Once per second): Live-viewing doorbell camera.
- Flashing Blue Quickly (Twice per second): Upgrading doorbell firmware.
5. Download and Install App
Download the Mubview App from Google Play™ or App Store™. Alternatively, scan the QR codes below with your smartphone.

NOTE: Make sure to enable the following permissions:
- Allow Mubview App to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN to connect the camera (found in mobile Settings).
- Allow Mubview App to send messages to receive alarms when motion is detected (found in mobile Settings-Mubview).
6. Account Registration
New users need to sign up in the Mubview App using an email address. Click 'Sign up' to create a new account and follow the steps to complete registration.
7. Add Doorbell to App
7.1 Preparations for connection
- Insert a Micro SD Card into the camera to save video clips, or utilize the 3-day free cloud service. Without a Micro SD Card or cloud service, no video will be saved.
- The camera supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi; it does not support 5GHz.
- When connecting to the network, please place the camera close to the router (suggested within 10-15ft).
7.2 Connect Doorbell to App
App screen: Tap 'Add Device' ▶️ App screen: Select 'Doorbell Camera' ▶️ App screen: Power on the Camera.
8. Connect the Chime
8.1 Click reset button
Click the RESET button on the chime. The chime indicator on the left will flash red for 20 seconds, indicating that the chime is in pairing mode.

8.2 Press your doorbell to pair up
Press the doorbell button to send a pairing signal. Your chime will sound to react, indicated by its blue LED flashing. Chime pairing is successful.

NOTE: If your home is large and you need more than one Dingdong, please purchase additional units on Amazon or contact the Mubview team.
8.3 Chime settings
Ringtone selection: Click to change ringtone (? 4 ringtones available).
Volume control:
- Level 1: 110 dB;
- Level 2: 100 dB;
- Level 3: 90 dB;
- Level 4: 80 dB
Settings: Click to enter/quit pairing mode; Press & hold for 5 seconds to restore factory defaults (⚙️).
NOTE: If you require 3-day overwriting cloud storage for half a year for free, please contact support@mubview.com.
9. Install the Doorbell
9.1 Select a location
It is suggested to mount the doorbell at least 4 feet (120 cm) above the ground for optimal angle of view and best motion detection performance.

Optional angled brackets can be purchased to point your doorbell to a specific view angle:
- Corner Mount (Not included): 25 to 50 degree angle adjustable.
- Wedge Mount (Not included): 8 degrees stackable wedge mount unit.
9.2 Mark the screw holes & Install the wall mount
- Take apart the wall mount from your doorbell and mark the location of the two mounting holes on your wall.
- Screw your bracket into a wood wall with the provided screws. If installing on stucco, brick, or concrete, drill holes in the wall, then insert the included anchors before driving in the mounting screws.

9.3 Mount your doorbell
Attach your doorbell to the mounting bracket and snap it to ensure it reaches the bottom. Then, secure it with the provided star-shaped security screw.

10. Tamper Alert Setting
Kindly enable the anti-theft alarm in doorbell settings.

Tamper Alert on: Once the doorbell is detached from the bracket, a 30-second alarm will be triggered. Video recording will be activated, and an alarm notification will be pushed to the owner's APP account. ?
Tamper Alert off: The owner can disable the tamper alarm in doorbell settings, allowing the doorbell to be detached for battery recharging or maintenance. ?
