Note: Micro SD card and power adapter are not included.

2. Meet the Doorbell
Doorbell Components:
- Camera: High-definition camera lens.
- PIR Motion Sensor: Detects motion.
- Microphone: For two-way audio.
- Doorbell Button: The button to press to ring the doorbell.
- LED Indicator: Shows status of the doorbell.
- Speaker: For audio output.
- Unlock Pin: Used to release the mounting bracket.
- Li-ion Battery: Built-in rechargeable battery.
- Reset Button: Used to restore factory defaults.
- Micro USB Port: For charging the battery.
- Charging Indicator: Shows charging status.
- Micro-SD Card Slot: For local video storage (card not included).
- Unlock Hole: Corresponding hole for the unlock pin.
The doorbell is equipped with a 4,800mAh rechargeable battery.
3. Download and Install App
Download the Mubview App from Google Play™ or App Store™. You can also scan the QR codes provided below with your smartphone.

Important Permissions:
- Allow Mubview App to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN to ensure successful camera connection.
- Allow Mubview App to send messages to receive motion detection alerts on your phone.
4. Account Registration
New users must sign up for an account within the Mubview App using an email address. Click 'Sign up' to create a new account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.
5. Add Doorbell to App
5.1 Preparations for connection
- Insert a microSD card into the camera to save video clips. Alternatively, you can use the 3-day free cloud service. Video recording will not be saved without a microSD card or cloud service.
- The camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only; it does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- When connecting to the network, place the camera close to your Wi-Fi router (suggested distance: 10-15 feet).
5.2 Connect Doorbell to App
Follow these steps within the Mubview App:
- Tap 'Add Device'.
- Select 'Doorbell Camera'.
- Power on the Camera.
Connection Process Visuals:

- Scan QR Code: Scan the QR code displayed in the app with your doorbell camera.
- Wait till 100%: The app will show a progress indicator during connection.
- Perform Network Diagnosis: The app will check the network connection status.
6. Charge your Doorbell
Before installation, charge the doorbell for approximately 8-10 hours, or until the charging LED indicator turns solid blue from red.
LED Status:
- Solid red: Battery charging
- Solid blue: Fully charged
Compatible Charger: A USB compatible mobile phone charger (DC 5V 1A~2A) is required. This is not provided with the product.

7. Set up Doorbell
Initial Activation: Press the doorbell button to activate it. The LED indicator should flash red once per second. If it does not, press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds to restore factory defaults.
Tips for Setup:
- Perform the setup process near your Wi-Fi router.
- Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Verify the doorbell is powered on and its LED indicator is flashing red. If not, press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds.
- Ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal and that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.

8. Pair With Your Indoor Chime
Pairing Procedure:
- Click the 'Settings' button on the indoor chime. The chime will enter pairing mode for 20 seconds, indicated by its red LED flashing.
- Press the doorbell button to send a pairing signal. The chime will react, sound, and its blue LED will flash. Successful pairing is indicated by the chime ringing and its indicator flashing blue.
Chime Settings
- Settings: Click to enter or quit pairing mode. Press and hold for 5 seconds to restore factory defaults.
- Volume Control: Click the volume button to adjust the sound level. Available levels are: Level 1: 110 dB, Level 2: 100 dB, Level 3: 90 dB, Level 4: 80 dB.
- Ringtone Selection: Click to change the ringtone. There are 4 ringtones available.

9. Install Your Doorbell
Select Location
It is suggested to mount the doorbell at least 4 feet (120 cm) above the ground for an optimal viewing angle and best motion detection performance.

Mount your doorbell
Step A: Release the rear mounting bracket using the unlock pin.
Step B: Position the mounting bracket on the wall and mark the screw hole locations.
Standard Installation
Step C: Mount the rear bracket securely to your wall using the provided screws and tools.
Step D: Adhesive tapes are an optional alternative for mounting the doorbell on flat surfaces.
Step E: Attach the doorbell unit to the mounted bracket and slide it down to lock it in place.
Step F: Press the doorbell down again to ensure it is securely locked. Installation is now complete.
