Product Introduction

Ear Tip Selection

First, try the medium ear tips, as they fit most people.

Earbud Components:

• LED indicator
• Touch panel
• Pogo pins (charging contacts)
• Microphone

How to Connect

Lift both earbuds, place them back into the case, and close the lid to activate them. Then, open the lid again, lift the earbuds, and they will automatically power on. On your phone, search for "QCY-T13 ANC" and connect to them.

Switching Connection Between Two Devices

Place the earbuds back into the case, open the lid, and press the charging case button for three seconds or until the LED indicators on the earbuds flash white. Then, lift the earbuds and search for "QCY-T13 ANC" on your device.

Please note that the earbuds cannot be connected to two devices simultaneously. The earbuds will automatically connect to the last used device.

Factory Reset

Place the earbuds back into the case, open the lid, and hold the charging button for 10 seconds to restore the earbuds to factory settings (the earbud LEDs will flash red five times). After a successful factory reset, the earbuds will automatically pair.

Charging Earbuds

When the earbuds are charging, the LED indicator glows red, and after full charge, it turns white for 30 seconds.

When the case is charging, the LED indicator glows red, and after full charge, it turns white.

Battery Level

Press the button on the case to display the battery status. A white light means more than 20% battery remains in the charging case. A red light means less than 20% battery capacity remains, and it is recommended to charge the case.

• Correctly insert the earbuds and adjust them to your preference.
• Adjust the microphone towards your mouth.
• Improper earbud placement will result in poor call or listening quality.

Controls

• Power On: Lift the earbuds or touch the panel for 2 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the case (note that the case must be charged).
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap either panel.
• Ignore Call: Touch either panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Next Track: Triple-tap the right touch panel.
• Volume Up: During audio playback, touch the right panel*.
• Volume Down: During audio playback, touch the left panel*.
• Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the left touch panel.
• Play/Pause: Double-tap the left/right panel to play/pause playback.
• Game Mode: Press the left touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• ANC Mode: Press the right panel for 1.5 seconds to switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparent modes.

*This function is not available during calls. It is automatically turned off and can be enabled via the QCY app.

Tips

1. Before using the earbuds, carefully read the user manual and keep it for future reference.
2. The earbuds must be fully charged before first use.
3. If the earbuds are unused for more than two weeks, charge them.
4. Use chargers from a qualified manufacturer.
5. If the phone does not find the earbuds, check if they are in pairing mode; if they remain disconnected for a long time, the earbuds will exit pairing mode, re-enter it; if there is a phone procedure error, restart it; if there is an earbud procedure error, restart or reset them.

Warnings

• Never disassemble or modify the earbuds for any reason to avoid damage and danger.
• Do not store the earbuds at extreme temperatures (below 0 °C or above 45 °C).
• Do not use the indicator near children's or animal's eyes.
• Do not use the earbuds during thunderstorms to prevent irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or strong cleaning agents to clean the earbuds.

Note: Do not use the earbuds for extended periods, as this may cause hearing damage.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is covered by a 2-year warranty. If repair or other service is needed during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly; the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase must be presented.

The following facts are considered a contradiction to the warranty conditions, for which a claim cannot be recognized:

• Using the product for a purpose other than that for which it is intended, or failing to follow instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, unauthorized person intervention, or mechanically due to the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning with unsuitable means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (e.g., batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, liquid ingress, object ingress, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge (including lightning), faulty power supply or input voltage, and incorrect polarity of this voltage, chemical processes, e.g., used power sources, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, changes to the design, or adaptations to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or the use of non-original components.
