ZLINE SPIFF Program Guidelines

Claim Submission:

All SPIFF claims must be submitted using the following link: https://zlinekitchen.my.site.com/spiffForm/s/

Required Information for Submission:

• ZLINE Reference Number (e.g., #ZLD00000)
• Check Recipient Name
• Check Recipient Email
• Check Recipient Mailing Address (for physical check)
• Product(s) Purchased with SKU(s)

Payment Terms:

• SPIFFs will be issued after the 30-day return window has closed. (For example: if a product is sold in January, the SPIFF will be paid at the end of March.)
• ZLINE has up to 90 days after a SPIFF is submitted to issue payment.
• The total monthly SPIFF balance must be at least $25 for a payout. Claims under $25 will be denied.
• SPIFF claims must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The Dealer must possess a valid resale certificate.
• No SPIFFs will be paid for display items sold by a dealer.
• Accessories are not eligible for SPIFFs.
• All submissions are subject to review and must meet program guidelines.
• The SPIFF program is subject to change without notice.
• Dealers must display a minimum of 4 products (excluding plumbing) to qualify.

W9 Requirement:

• Prior to any SPIFF payment, a valid W9 must be submitted.
• W9s must be submitted within 180 days of the purchase date. After 180 days, the SPIFF will expire and cannot be paid.
