Product Diagram
The product consists of two wireless earbuds and a charging case. The earbuds are designed to fit comfortably in the ear. The charging case is a compact unit with slots to hold and charge the earbuds.
Controls
Each earbud features a multifunction button for various controls.
- Power On: Automatically when opening the charging case, or manually by long-pressing the multifunction button for 1.5 seconds.
- Power Off: Automatically when placing earbuds back into the charging case and closing it, or manually by long-pressing the multifunction button for 10 seconds.
- Play/Pause: Automatically when wearing/removing earbuds, or manually by double-clicking the multifunction button.
- Volume Down: Single click the left multifunction button.
- Volume Up: Single click the right multifunction button.
- Previous Track: Long press the left multifunction button for 1.5 seconds.
- Next Track: Long press the right multifunction button for 1.5 seconds.
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Double click the multifunction button.
- Reject Call: Long press the multifunction button for 1.5 seconds.
- Switch Between Two Active Calls: Long press the multifunction button for 2 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple click the multifunction button.
Wearing the Earphones
- Identify the left and right earbuds.
- Rotate the earbuds and adjust them to find the most comfortable and secure angle.
Getting Started: Pairing & Re-pairing
Initial Pairing
- When the charging case is powered, open it. The earbuds will automatically enter TWS pairing mode and connect to each other.
- The charging case indicator will flash white, and a voice prompt "pairing" will indicate pairing mode.
- On your device's Bluetooth list, select "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule2" to connect.
- A voice prompt "connected" will be heard from the right earbud upon successful connection. A secondary pairing request for "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule2 L" may appear; select it to complete pairing.
Automatic Reconnection
SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule2 earbuds remember previously paired devices. To reconnect, simply activate Bluetooth on your device and take out both earbuds from the charging case. They will connect to each other and then to your device automatically.
If automatic connection fails, activate Bluetooth on your device and select "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule2" from the list.
Mono Mode
After successful pairing, the left and right earbuds can be used separately.
Note: For proper mono mode functionality, ensure you accept the "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule2 L" pairing request when prompted.
Changing Pairing Device
To pair with a new device while connected, place the earbuds back into the charging case, open it, and long-press the charging case button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
Automatic Connection with Qualcomm Snapdragon
When connected to a mobile phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip or higher, the earbuds may automatically connect using a single pairing name, eliminating the need for manual selection of "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule2 L".
Factory Reset
Follow these steps if you encounter issues connecting the earbuds to each other or to your device.
- Clear the pairing records between the earbuds and all your devices.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging docks and open the charging case.
- Long-press the charging case button for 10 seconds until the charging case LED flashes white twice, indicating a successful reset.
Charging
Charging the Earphones
- Place the earbuds into their corresponding charging docks.
- The charging case LED will flash to indicate the earbuds are properly seated.
- Close the charging case to begin charging the earbuds.
The earphones are partially charged at the factory. Ensure they are fully charged before first use.
Charging the Case
Charge the case when its battery is low, indicated by a red LED indicator.
- Connect the charging port to a Type-C charging adapter (ensure current does not exceed 1A).
- If the case is not in use for an extended period, charge it at least once every 3 months.
Warranty
SOUNDPEATS warrants this device for 12 months from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects.
