Product Diagram & Button Control
The TrueAir2 features two earbuds and a charging case. Each earbud has a multi-function button (MFB) or touch control area.
Button Control Actions:
- Power On: Auto: Take out from charging case. Manually: Press and hold the MFB for 1.5s.
- Power Off: Auto: Place back into charging case. Manually: Press and hold the MFB for 10s.
- Play/Pause: Double tap the MFB.
- Volume Down: Single tap the left MFB.
- Volume Up: Single tap the right MFB.
- Previous Track: Press and hold left MFB for 1.5s.
- Next Track: Press and hold right MFB for 1.5s.
- Answer/Hang Up Phone Call: Double tap the touch button.
- Reject Phone Call: Press and hold the MFB for 1.5s.
- Switch Between Two Calls: Press and hold the MFB for 2s.
- Manually Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the MFB for 6s.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap the MFB.
Wearing
- Identify the left and right earbuds.
- Rotate earbuds to find the most comfortable angle for a secure fit.
Getting Started: Pairing
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case. The left and right earbuds will pair to each other automatically. The left indicator will turn white, and the right indicator will flash red and white alternately, with a voice prompt "Pairing", indicating the earbuds are in pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth on your device and select "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2" to connect. The right indicator will stop flashing, and you will hear a voice prompt "Connected".
- SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2 earbuds remember previously paired devices. To reconnect, activate Bluetooth on your device and take out both earbuds; they will automatically connect to each other and then to the device. If they do not re-pair automatically, select "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2" from your device's Bluetooth list.
- Mono Mode: TrueAir2 earbuds support working with either earbud individually after successful connection.
Factory Reset
Follow these steps if you encounter issues connecting the earbuds to each other or to your device:
- Clear the pairing records from all your connected devices.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are charging. Press and hold both MFBs for 10 seconds until both indicators flash white twice.
Charging
The SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2 comes with a charging case that can recharge the earbuds approximately 4 times.
Charging the Earbuds:
- Place the earbuds into their respective charging slots, ensuring the connectors make contact.
- Charging begins with the red indicators staying on and completes when the red indicators turn off.
Charging the Case:
If the charging indicators do not show red after placing the earbuds back, the case needs charging.
- Use a Type-C adapter to charge the case (current not exceeding 1A). The LEDs will stay on red while charging and turn off once fully charged.
- If the earbuds and case are not in use for an extended period, charge them at least once every 3 months.
Warranty Regulations
This product is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 MONTHS from the date of purchase.
