Article I. Name of the Event

"Samsung Galaxy Book5 Series regala Galaxy Watch7 - Samsung Business Shop e Samsung Experience Store" (the "Operation").

Article II. Type

Prize promotion operation according to D.P.R. n. 430/2001.

Article III. Delegated Subject

ID Time S.r.l. (Cologno Monzese, MI) is delegated by Samsung to handle administrative and bureaucratic requirements.

Article IV. Period of Operation

Purchase Period: August 11, 2025, to September 15, 2025 (inclusive).

Registration Deadline: October 15, 2025, by 23:59:59.

Article V. Territorial Scope

European Union territory.

Article VI. Recipients

The operation is exclusively for legal entities and individuals acting as professionals (engaged in business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activities) residing in the European Union and holding a VAT number. Participants must have purchased a Promoted Product during the Purchase Period from the Samsung Business Shop (https://www.samsung.com/it/business/) or the SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE STORE at the "Il Centro" shopping mall in Arese (MI).

Participation is free, excluding internet connection costs.

Resellers of electronics and appliances are excluded from participating.

Article VII. Promoted Products

The following Samsung notebook models are included in this promotion:

• Galaxy Book5 360 (Model Codes: NP750QHA-KA2IT, NP750QHA-KA1IT)
• Galaxy Book5 (Model Code: NP750XHD-KD5IT)
• Galaxy Book4 Edge (Model Code: NP750XQB-KA2IT)
• Galaxy Book4 Ultra (Model Codes: NP960XGL-XG1IT, NP960XGL-XG3IT)

Article VIII. Prize

Participants who purchase a Promoted Product are entitled to one (1) Galaxy Watch7 (SM-L300N) as the Prize.

The color of the Prize will be determined at Samsung's sole discretion.

The value of the Prize is €279.00 (VAT included).

The Prize cannot be converted into cash, transferred to third parties, or substituted, except in cases of conformity defects.

Each purchase of a Promoted Product entitles the participant to one Prize. A participant can claim a maximum of 10 Prizes, provided they have purchased and registered 10 corresponding Promoted Products.

Article IX. Prize Pool

A total of 42 Prizes will be awarded.

The estimated total value of the prize pool is €11,718.00 (VAT included).

Samsung has deposited the required security deposit with the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

Article X. How to Participate

To participate, recipients must:

1. PURCHASE a Promoted Product from the Samsung Business Shop or the SES during the Purchase Period (August 11, 2025 - September 15, 2025).
2. REGISTER the purchase on the Samsung Members portal by the Registration Deadline. This involves:
   • Completing the form with personal and contact details (name, surname, phone number, email, full address, VAT number, serial code, and purchase date). Only EU addresses are valid.
   • Uploading a clear photo of the proof of purchase.
   • Uploading a clear photo of the Promoted Product's serial code.
3. Confirm participation by clicking the "CONFIRM" button. Reviewing the privacy policy is also required.
4. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent.

If a participant already has a Samsung Account, they can log in and proceed with the registration steps.

Registrations received after the Registration Deadline will not be eligible for a Prize.

Article XI. Proof of Purchase Requirements

Valid proof of purchase includes:

• The purchase receipt issued at the time of purchase from the Samsung Business Shop or SES.
• For Samsung Business Shop purchases, the order confirmation.
• The receipt issued by the SES.

For purchases made via Samsung Account on the Samsung Business Shop, receipts and order confirmations can be found in the "My Orders" section.

Only proofs of purchase issued according to Italian tax law are valid.

A clear, legible photograph of the serial code is required. This can be the label on the back of the product or on the opened box.

The proof of purchase and original product packaging must be kept by the recipient for at least 3 months after registration.

Samsung or its delegated entity will verify requests. A validation email will be sent within 30 days if all requirements are met. If not, an invalidity email will be sent. If documentation is unclear, a verification email will be sent, allowing 10 days for re-upload. Further attempts may be allowed with strict deadlines, after which the request will be canceled.

Article XII. Prize Delivery

After receiving the validation email, the Prize will be delivered free of charge within 180 days to the address provided during registration.

The recipient or a representative must be present for delivery.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence, the courier will leave a notice for rescheduling. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, a "waiting notice" SMS will be sent, allowing 15 days to contact the courier. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the Prize.

The Prize will include all necessary documentation, such as the instruction manual and warranty booklet.

The delivery note must be kept for warranty claims.

Article XIII. Advertising Channels

The promotion will be advertised on www.samsungmembers.it, https://members.samsung.it/promozioni/book5book4regalanowatch7ee, www.samsung.it/promozioni, social media campaigns, and the Samsung Wallet App.

The full regulations will be published on the specified websites and kept at the promoter's office.

Article XIV. Revocation or Modification

Samsung may revoke or modify the operation's terms for just cause, with prior communication in the same or equivalent form as the original promise.

Article XV. VAT Non-Deductibility

VAT on the purchase of prizes will not be deductible. Samsung waives the right to reclaim withholding tax.

Article XVI. Personal Data Collection

Participants agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable European regulations, as detailed in the privacy policy on Samsung Members.

Collected data will be stored on a server in Europe and mirrored in real-time to an Italian server at Samsung's headquarters.

Article XVII. Miscellaneous

• Participation implies unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
• All communications will be sent to the contact details provided during registration. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure these details are correct and active.
• Samsung reserves the right to verify participation.
• Inaccurate or untruthful data will invalidate participation.
• Fraudulent attempts to access the Samsung Members portal may be subject to criminal prosecution. Participants using suspicious or fraudulent means will not receive the Prize.
• Samsung and its delegated entities are not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or fraudulent use of serial codes by third parties.
• Participants are responsible for checking their email, including spam/junk folders, for communications related to the operation. Samsung is not liable for missed communications due to provider issues.
• For any matters not covered, the Promoter refers to D.P.R. 430/2001.
