RUN | FLASH: Normal Running ON/OFF: Abnormal |
System Running Status | FLASH: Normal Running ON/OFF: Abnormal |
COM | ON: Connected OFF: Fail to connect |
Communication status with inverter | ON: Connected OFF: Fail to connect |
RF | ON: Connected OFF: Fail to connect |
Communication status with RF Gateway | ON: Connected (Please make sure both logger and RF gateway are powered on.) OFF: Fail to connect |
Normal operation:
- Power on for 3 seconds, RUN/SER/RF lights will flash simultaneously and then extinguish.
- After approximately 6 seconds, the RUN light will flash, indicating the system is running normally.
- After approximately 60 seconds, the COM light will remain on, indicating the logger has connected to the inverter.
- After 10 seconds to 3 minutes, the RF light will remain on, indicating the RF gateway has connected to the RF sub-device. (Connection time varies according to different situations.)
NOTES
Installation Requirements: The maximum distance between the RF gateway and the RF logger without shelter is 200 meters.
Through-wall Ability: The system can penetrate a maximum of 2 reinforced concrete walls (15cm thick each), with a total distance of less than 20 meters.
4 Abnormal State Processing
If the data on the platform is abnormal while the stick logger is running, please consult the following tables and use the status of the indicator lights to perform simple troubleshooting. If the issue persists or the indicator light status is not listed, please contact Customer Support. (Note: Please refer to the following tables for queries after the device has been powered on for at least 3 minutes.)
4.1 Communicate with inverter abnormal
Lights | Fault Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
RUN(Flash) COM(OFF) RF(ON) |
1. Connection between stick logger and inverter is loose. 2. Inverter does not match the stick logger's communication rate. |
1. Check the connection between the stick logger and the inverter. Remove and re-install the stick logger. 2. Check the inverter's communication rate to ensure it matches the stick logger's. |
4.2 Communicate with RF Gateway abnormal
Lights | Fault Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
RUN(Flash) COM(ON) RF(OFF) |
1. RF sub-device matching error. 2. RF sub-device has no power. 3. Long distance between RF gateway and RF sub-device, or too many through-walls. |
1. Contact customer service. 2. Check if the RF sub-device is powered on. 3. Change the RF gateway installation site. |
4.3 System runs abnormally
Lights | Solution |
---|---|
RUN(ON/OFF) COM(ON) RF(ON) |
