Important Precautions
Handle your watch with care to ensure its longevity. Avoid extreme temperatures, dropping the watch, or wearing the strap too tightly. Clean the watch and strap with a dry, soft cloth, or a damp cloth with mild detergent. Never use volatile solvents like gasoline or thinners. Store the watch in a dry place when not in use. Avoid contact with gasoline, cleaning solvents, spray cleaners, adhesives, paints, and similar chemicals, as they can damage seals, case, and finish. For watches with silk-screened straps, clean them carefully to avoid damaging the designs.
Battery Information
The battery installed at the factory may discharge during shipping and storage. If the display becomes dim, replace the battery at an authorized CASIO service center or dealer.
Water Resistance
The watch's water resistance is classified from I to V. Do not press buttons underwater, change time underwater, or unscrew the crown underwater. If exposed to saltwater, rinse thoroughly and dry. Avoid wearing leather-strap watches while swimming and limit their contact with water. For plastic straps, a white powdery substance may appear; this is harmless and can be wiped off. Sweat or moisture can damage plastic straps; clean them promptly. For fluorescent cases/straps, prolonged sun exposure or moisture can cause fading; wipe off moisture immediately.
