Valve Series and Models
This guide provides installation information for the following Danfoss valve series:
- VFG, VFQ, VFU, VFGS, AFQM, PCV
Model and Size Compatibility:
VFG/Q/U/S 2 Series: Applicable for nominal diameters (DN) from 15 to 125.
VFG/Q/U 21 Series: Applicable for nominal diameters (DN) from 15 to 125.
AFQM: Applicable for nominal diameters (DN) from 40 to 125.
PCV: Applicable for nominal diameters (DN) 100, 125, and also for DN150.
Larger Valve Sizes:
- VFG/Q/S 2: DN150, DN250
- VFG/Q 21: DN150
- PCV: DN150, DN250
Installation Specifications
Accurate installation requires adherence to specific torque (Nm) and wrench size (SW) requirements, which vary by nominal diameter (DN). These specifications are detailed below and are visually represented in accompanying diagrams showing valve assemblies and internal components.
