Aldes TO GALVA D560/400: Galvanized Steel 45° Elbow Fitting

Product Overview

The Aldes TO GALVA D560/400 is a 45° elbow fitting designed to connect two branches of a galvanized ductwork system at a 45-degree angle. It is recommended over standard 90° elbows in supply air systems to ensure leak-free installation and minimize pressure loss at the takeoff point.

Applications

This fitting is suitable for:

Residential collective housing (new and renovation)
Commercial and tertiary spaces

Installation

Easy assembly through push-fit connections: ducts are female, fittings are male.
Sealing is achieved using sealant and/or perforated tape.
Secured to the duct with self-drilling screws (4 to 6, depending on diameter).

Connects two duct branches at a 45° angle.
Particularly effective in supply air applications compared to 90° elbows.
Oblique elbow made of galvanized steel with diameters 560/400 mm.
Available in diameters ranging from 80 mm to 900 mm.
Manufactured from galvanized steel conforming to EN 10346 standard for consistent coating quality.
