Telstra Smart Modem Gen 3 – Guest Network Method
Login into the Telstra Smart Modem

Step 1: Access Modem Interface
- Open a web browser.
- Type http://mymodem into the address bar and press Enter.
- Enter the username, which is by default "admin".
- Enter the password. This password can be found on the base of your router. Note: It may differ from your Wi-Fi password.

Configure Guest Wi-Fi Settings
The red arrow indicates the Wi-Fi icon ?. The green arrow points to the 'ON' toggle for the Split setting.
Steps:
- Click on the Wi-Fi icon ?.
- On the displayed interface, select the "Guest" tab.
- Ensure "Split" is set to the ON position.
- Ensure "State" is set to the ON position.
- Change the security mode to "WPA2-PSK".
- Write down the SSID (network name) and the Wireless password. You will need this information later.

Save Settings
- Click to save the settings.
- Close the page.
Connect Smart Device to Guest Network
Pairing Method:
- On your phone's Wi-Fi settings, select the "Guest" Wi-Fi signal.
- Enter the wireless password you previously wrote down.
- To commence the pairing method on your smart device, open the Mirabella Genio app.
- Ensure the indicator light on your device is blinking.
- In the app, when prompted for the Wi-Fi name and password, ensure the Wi-Fi name is "Guest" and use the wireless password you noted earlier.
Troubleshooting:
- If the fast-blinking EZ method does not work, try the slow blinking AP method.
