Introduction

This device provides a wireless charging solution for any smartphone that supports wireless charging. It allows you to stream music and calls directly from your Bluetooth devices to the FM stereo system of your vehicle. With advanced wireless charging technology, this device delivers up to 10W standard charging capability. The clamp-type structure, with a maximum width of 8.8cm, enables one-hand operation to attach or extract your phone. Important Note: Attachment or extraction should only be done before or after driving the car. Do not attach or extract the phone while driving!

Compatible Smartphones (July 2018)

This 10W induction charger is compatible with Samsung Galaxy S9/S8/S8 Plus/Note 8/S7/S7 Edge/ Note 7/S6/S6 Edge/Note 5 and other devices supporting 10W induction charging. iPhone X/8/8 Plus support Qi-5W induction charging at their normal standard charging rate. 10W induction charging is approximately 10% faster than 5W induction charging. For Bluetooth pairing, it supports devices up to Bluetooth version 4.2.

Installation Instructions

A: Mounting the Holder

1. Remove the protective film from the bottom of the suction cup.
2. Clean your dashboard surface where you intend to place the holder with a clean cloth. Do not use soap or chemicals.
3. Open the suction cup trigger (13).
4. Place the holder with slight pressure onto the dashboard and close the suction cup trigger (13) to secure it.

Note: If the suction cup becomes dirty or dusty, clean it with a small amount of water applied with your finger. Once the surface is dry and sticky again, try reattaching the holder. Avoid using soap or chemicals.

It is also possible to attach the holder to the windshield. Be aware that in this case, the buttons and display will appear upside down.

B: Connecting Power

1. B1: Connect the FM transmitter to the power adapter using the Micro USB cable.
2. B2: Plug the power adapter into the car's cigarette lighter socket.

C: Adjusting the Arms

Push the second arms (3) towards the center to prepare for phone placement.

D: Placing Your Smartphone

Place your smartphone into the bracket with a slight push.

Operating Instructions

Wireless Charging

The two indicator LEDs (4) will flash RED for approximately 3 seconds when the device is powered on. Before placing your smartphone into the bracket, ensure the first arms (2) are separated and the second arms (3) are closed. If a smartphone that does not support wireless charging is placed, the two indicator LEDs will flash BLUE. Charging begins as soon as an effective induction field is generated. The two indicator LEDs (4) will blink slowly RED while charging, and the current charging status will appear on your smartphone. If no connection can be established via induction, you may need to adjust the position of your smartphone. Charging stops automatically once the device's battery is fully charged. The two indicator LEDs (4) will remain BLUE.

Car Charger Function

The FMT1200BT power adapter includes an additional USB port (11) for charging devices. The output is DC 5V/2.4A. Connect your smartphone to this USB port using its USB cable for wired charging.

FM Transmitter Function

Tune your car radio to an unused FM frequency. Then, match the same frequency on the FM transmitter. Press the "CH" button to enter FM frequency mode. Use the UP button (6) to increase and the DOWN button (7) to decrease the frequency. Long-press the UP button (6) to increase volume and long-press the DOWN button (7) to decrease volume.

Bluetooth Function

For first-time use, you need to pair your smartphone with the FM transmitter. Activate the Bluetooth function on your smartphone and search for new devices. When your smartphone detects the FM transmitter named "FMT1200BT", tap it to pair. If prompted, use the default password "0000". In music playing mode, incoming calls will automatically switch the device to telephone mode.

Handsfree Function

Press the phone button (8) to answer an incoming call. Press the phone button (8) again to hang up a current call. Double-press the phone button (8) to redial the last number in your call history.

• Never dismantle the product.
• For charging a smartphone with the inductive charger, ensure your smartphone is compatible with induction charging technology. Read your smartphone's operating instructions first.
• Mobile phone sleeves, covers, or other materials placed between the inductive charger and the back of your smartphone may interfere with or prevent the charging process.

• Do not dispose of old devices or batteries into domestic waste.

Cleaning

Protect the device from contamination and pollution. Use a clean, dry drapery for cleaning. Avoid using rough, coarse-grained materials, solvents, or aggressive cleaners. Wipe the cleaned device accurately.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Technaxx Deutschland GmbH & Co.KG will repair or replace products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Technaxx Deutschland GmbH & Co.KG is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
