Speaker Function Operation

Pairing Instructions

Pairing - First Time:

1. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 2 seconds to turn on the speaker.
2. The speaker automatically enters pairing mode upon first use. The LED Ring will flash blue in a clockwise motion.
3. Activate Bluetooth on your device and search for "Monster DNA MAX" speaker.
4. Once connected, the LED Ring will light up blue for 3 seconds, then turn off.

Pairing - Manually:

1. After powering on, the speaker will attempt to connect to the last connected device.
2. To pair a new device, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing Button for 2 seconds. The LED Ring will flash blue clockwise.
3. Activate Bluetooth on your device and search for "Monster DNA MAX" speaker.
4. Short press the Bluetooth Pairing button again to disconnect.

Bluetooth Mode Operations

1. Volume: Press the Volume +/- button once for volume up/down.
2. Track Control: Press and hold the Volume +/- button for 2 seconds for next/previous track.
3. Music Playback: Press the Power button once to start music play/pause.
4. Calls: Press the Power button once to answer or end an incoming call.
5. Reject Call: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Charging

USB/Wireless Charging:

1. USB-C Charging: Connect the included USB-C cable to the speaker and a USB power source (e.g., USB-C wall adapter).
2. Wireless Charging: Connect the Wireless Charging Base to a wall adapter, then place the speaker directly on the base.
3. While charging, the LED Ring will glow white with a 'breathing' effect.
4. Once fully charged, the LED Ring will show a solid white light for 5 seconds before turning off.

Charging Out (Reverse Charging):

Connect your device (e.g., a smartphone) to the speaker's Charging Port. Charging will start automatically.

Monster Share™™, Party Mode

1. Turn on all Monster DNA speakers you wish to connect by pressing and holding the Power button for 2 seconds.
2. Connect to one Monster DNA speaker via Bluetooth. Press and hold the 'Monster Share™ Party Mode' button for 2 seconds to designate it as the main transmitting speaker. A flashing purple light indicates it's in pairing mode for transmission.
3. Single press the 'Monster Share™ Party Mode' button on all other speakers to set them as receiving speakers. A green light will flash in a circle during pairing and turn solid green once paired.
4. If speakers are not paired within 30 seconds, 'Monster Share™ Party Mode' pairing will time out. Restart the process to connect additional speakers.
5. Press the 'Monster Share™ Party Mode' button again to exit Party Mode.

Monster Share™ Party Mode works with compatible Monster Speakers enabled with Monster Share™ technology.

Auto Power Off

The speaker will automatically turn off after 15 minutes if no connection is found or if it remains idle.
