Product Overview and Scope
This wheelbarrow is intended for domestic and commercial duties. It must not be used to transport or store hot ashes or chemicals that may cause damage to the pan.
Parts Identification
The wheelbarrow is supplied with the following components:
- A: Plastic Pan - The main container for carrying materials.
- B: Handles - Two metal bars with grips for steering and maneuvering the wheelbarrow.
- C: Support Brackets - Metal pieces used to reinforce the connection between the pan and the frame.
- D: Front Frame - The main structural frame that includes the axle for the wheel.
- E: Rear Frame/Support - A metal piece connecting the handles to the main frame.
- F: Wheel - The wheel assembly, consisting of a tire and rim.
- G, H, I: Fasteners - Sets of bolts, nuts, and washers used for assembly.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Frame and Handle Assembly
Begin by attaching the front frame (D) to the underside of the plastic pan (A). Next, connect the handles (B) to the rear of the pan and the frame. Use the provided fasteners (G, H, I), including bolts, nuts, and washers, to securely fasten these components.
Step 2: Wheel Attachment
Attach the wheel (F) to the axle located on the front frame (D). Secure the wheel using the appropriate fasteners (G), ensuring it spins freely.
