SV3C Wi-Fi Camera Quick Start Guide
This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your SV3C Wi-Fi Camera.
About the Camera
Your SV3C Wi-Fi Camera package should include:
- IP Camera * 1
- Power adapter * 1
- User manual * 1
- Network cable * 1
- WiFi antenna * 1
- Screws bag * 1
Product Interface
The camera features a Reset Button, RJ45 Interface for network connection, and a Power port.
How to Fit Waterproof Lid
Instructions for fitting the waterproof lid are provided visually.
Connecting the Camera
Step 1: Plug in the power adapter.
Step 2: Power on the camera. Allow approximately one minute for the camera to self-check and start working.
Adding the Camera
Method 1: Add Camera by Scanning QR Code
- Download the "Camhipro" app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Before adding, long-press the reset button for 5-15 seconds until the camera makes a prompt sound, indicating it has restored to default settings and restarted.
- Open the app and click the "+" icon to add a device.
- Select "IP camera" and then "New device".
- Follow the on-screen prompts to scan the QR code on the camera or configure wireless settings by entering your home Wi-Fi name and password.
- Customise your camera's name and click "Confirm".
Method 2: Add Camera by Network Cable Connection
- Connect the LAN cable and plug in the power adapter. Allow about 1 minute for the camera to self-check and start working.
- Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Open the app, click "+" to add a device, select "IP camera", and then "New Device".
- Click "Connected network cable" and then "Add to" after entering the device's UID, username (default: admin), and password (default: admin).
- Click "Confirm" to add the camera.
Method 3: Add Camera by AP Hotspot Wireless
- Supply power to the camera and DO NOT connect the network cable.
- Reset the camera by long-pressing the reset button for 5-15 seconds.
- Wait about 1 minute, then on your phone, go to WLAN settings and find the camera's SSID in AP Mode (format: IPCAM-XXXXXX). Connect to it using the default password (01234567).
- Open the app, click "+" to add a device, select "IP camera", and then "New Device".
- Click "Yes, I want to add this device" when the AP mode hotspot is detected.
- Select your home Wi-Fi and enter the password.
- Click "Configure wireless and add devices", then "Custom camera's name", and finally "Confirm".
Viewing the Camera
View Camera Feed
In the app, select your camera to view the live feed. Pan and tilt controls are available for PTZ cameras.
Sharing the Camera
Method 1: Via QR Code
- Click "Add a sharing device" to scan the camera's QR code.
- Add the camera on a different device.
- Click the setting button after connecting the camera successfully.
Method 2: Manually Input UID and Password
- Click "+" to add a device, select "IP camera", and then "Device in use".
- Input the camera's UID number and password (default: admin), then click "Add to".
- Click "Confirm" to add the camera.
Note: The default username and password are both "admin". If you have changed the password, use the new password.
Micro SD Card Recording and Alarm Settings
SD Card Setup
- Format the SD card before the first recording.
- Open "Motion detection alarm".
- Open "Alarm recording to SD card".
Alarm Settings
- Alarm Push: Enable "Receive alarm push" for text notifications.
- Humanoid Alarm/AI: Enable "Motion detection alarm" and "Humanoid Alarm" for alerts when human movement is detected.
- Action with Alarm: Configure actions like "Alarm recording to SD card", "Email alert", or "FTP alarm linkage".
- Motion Detection Adjustment: Enable "Motion detection alarm" and adjust sensitivity or detection areas. "Easy setup" enables motion detection all day.
Motion detection alarm recording is recommended when the Micro SD card is small.
Schedule Recording
You can set a schedule for recording. "Easy setup" enables 24/7 recording. For custom schedules, use "advanced settings".
Playback Record
Access recorded footage through the app. Use the search button to find more recordings and play or download video files.
Set Camera Time Zone
Set the camera's time zone manually or synchronize it with your phone's time. Ensure DST is enabled if applicable for accurate recording times.
View on PC
Software Login
Use the HiP2P PC Client software to view your camera on a computer. Download it from the SV3C website. Log in using the default username "admin" and an empty password.
Add Camera on HiP2P PC Client
- Click "Search" to find devices on the network.
- Tick the camera's UID number and click "Add" to add it successfully.
Change Camera Password
Double-click the UID number to open the settings page. Change the password here. The default password is "admin". Remember to click "OK" and restart the software for changes to take effect.
Connect Multiple Cameras
The P2P PC Client software allows managing multiple cameras simultaneously on Windows and MAC PCs.
Reboot and Restore Factory Setting
- Reconnect the power to restart the camera.
- Press and hold the reset button for 5-15 seconds to restore factory settings.
You can also restart or reset the camera via the mobile app or PC software.

Users are encouraged to correct interference by reorienting the antenna, increasing separation, or connecting to a different circuit.
