Operating Instructions

Filling the Water Tank

1. Open the water tank cap.

2. Fill the water tank with water up to the [Max] line indicated.

3. Close the water tank cap securely.

Temperature and Steam Control

Adjust the temperature dial according to the fabric type (e.g., Linen, Cotton, Wool, Silk, Synthetics). Refer to the fabric care label.

Select the steam setting: Dry ironing (no steam), Steam (?), or [Extra Steam] (continuous high steam output ??).

Ironing

Once the iron reaches the selected temperature (indicated by a light that turns off), begin ironing.

Vertical Steam: Use the steam boost button (push and hold) for vertical steaming of hanging garments or curtains.

Auto-Off Function

For safety and energy saving, the iron is equipped with an automatic shut-off function. It will turn off if left stationary for a period (e.g., approximately 8 [min] 30 [sec] in vertical position, 30 [sec] in horizontal position). The indicator light will flash, and the iron will restart when moved.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Anti-Calc System

The iron features an integrated anti-calc system to prevent scale buildup and maintain performance. This system typically requires no manual intervention for basic operation.

Self-Clean Function

To remove loose particles and scale from the soleplate and steam chamber, use the self-clean function. This usually involves filling the water tank, heating the iron to maximum temperature, pressing and holding a specific button (described as "push and hold"), and then emptying the tank.
