Installation Steps
Step 1: Connect the Base and Arm
Connect the Stand Base (#B) to the bottom of the Stand Arm (#A) using the Bolts (#C) and tighten until secure using the 4mm Hex Wrench (#D).
Diagram shows the Stand Base (B) being attached to the Stand Arm (A) using Bolts (C) and tightened with the Hex Wrench (D).
Step 2: Attach the Monitor to the VESA Plate
Select the appropriate size mounting bolt (#M-A or M-B) and washer (#M-C) for your monitor's mounting holes. Verify the length of the VESA bolt is not too long. If you are unsure of the correct bolt size for your display, refer to your monitor user manual or contact the monitor manufacturer for sizing information.
Partially install the top 2 VESA bolts, leaving a gap of approximately 0.1 inches (3mm) between the monitor and the back of the bolt head.
Diagram illustrates attaching the monitor to the VESA plate using bolts (M-A or M-B) and washers (M-C). It includes visual indicators for checking bolt length: "Too long", "Too Short", and a representation of the correct fit.
Step 3: Attach the Monitor to the Arm
Hang the monitor onto the VESA Plate as shown. Secure the monitor to the bottom 2 bolt holes and tighten all bolts until secure. Monitor cables can be routed through the cable clip on the back of the arm.
Diagram shows the monitor being hung on the VESA plate and secured with bolts. A cable clip on the back of the arm is also indicated.
Step 4: Final Adjustments
To properly balance the arm with monitors mounted, adjust the spring tension using the supplied Allen Key (#E) as follows:
- First, position and firmly hold the arm horizontally as shown. Ask for assistance should you require it.
- If the arm drops, turn the adjustment screw clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
- If the arm rises, turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
CAUTION: To avoid damage to monitors or mount, always keep the arm in a horizontal position while making adjustments. Again, ask for assistance if required.
CAUTION: DO NOT over tighten the screws.
The monitor can be turned left to right +/- 25°, tilted forward or back +10°/-15°, and rotated 90° to alternate between landscape and portrait orientations.
Diagrams illustrate using the Allen Key (E) to adjust arm tension, showing the screw mechanism for when the arm drops or rises. It also depicts the monitor's range of motion for swivel, tilt, and rotation.
