Important Safety Instructions

Please read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference. When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including:

WARNING - To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:

General Precautions

  • This product should not be used by children under 8 years of age or persons with special physical, sensory, or mental needs, or persons with limited experience and knowledge, without the supervision of a parent or guardian, to ensure safe product use and avoid any risks and hazards.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the vacuum cleaner should not be performed by children without supervision.
  • The plastic casing may be hazardous. To avoid the risk of suffocation, please keep it away from children.
  • Use only indoors on non-carpeted floors, such as laminate, tile, wood, etc. Exercise caution with light objects and carpet edges. Brush stoppage may cause premature belt wear.
  • Use only as described in the user manual.
  • Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories.
  • Do not bring the vacuum cleaner near fire or excessively high temperatures. Such actions may cause it to explode.
  • Do not use in extremely hot or cold environments (below 5°C / 41°F or above 40°C / 104°F). Please charge the device at temperatures above 5°C / 41°F and below 40°C / 104°F.
  • Do not immerse the device in liquid.
  • Do not use to suck up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline. Do not use in areas where flammable or combustible liquids may be present.
  • Do not insert any object into the openings. Do not use the device when any opening is blocked. Keep it clear of dust, lint, hair, and anything else that may restrict airflow.
  • Do not suck up toxic substances (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner, etc.). Do not pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.
  • Do not use the device in an enclosed space filled with vapor emitted by oil-based paints, paint thinner, mothproofing substances, flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic fumes. Do not suck up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
  • Do not use the device without filters.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from the openings and moving parts of the vacuum cleaner and its accessories.
  • Keep extension cords away from the device when in use. Running over the vacuum cleaner cord may cause hazards.
  • Exercise extra caution when using on stairs.

Maintenance and Storage

  • Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before picking up and moving the device. Placing your fingers on the switch while moving the device or turning it on may cause a hazardous situation.
  • Ensure the device is placed on a horizontal surface. Do not use the device in the same position if the device is equipped with a roller brush and the handle is not fully horizontal. Do not store the device where it may freeze.
  • Turn off and unplug the device before cleaning, maintenance, and installing/removing the moving brush.
  • Do not use a damaged or modified device. A damaged or modified device may exhibit unpredictable behavior, potentially leading to fire, explosion, or risk of injury.
  • Do not attempt to modify or repair the device, except as indicated in the maintenance and repair instructions.
  • Do not use the device with damaged accessories (e.g., charging base, power cord, etc.). If the device or accessory has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, fallen into water, or is not working as it should, never attempt to use it. Please have it repaired at an authorized service center.
  • Have servicing performed by a qualified repairer using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure the safety of the device is maintained.

Battery and Charging

  • Use only the charging base supplied with this device to charge the device. Use only with the HCB3/HCB6 charging base.
  • Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the device outside the temperature range indicated on the battery, as this increases the risk of fire.
  • The charging base is equipped with a drying function and is only suitable for drying the device's brush.
  • Keep the charging base cable away from heated surfaces. Do not touch the charging base plug or the device with wet hands. To unplug, grasp the charging base plug instead of the cable.
  • Do not pull or carry the adapter by the cord, do not use the cord as a handle, keep it away from sharp edges and corners.
  • This device contains batteries that can only be replaced by qualified technicians or service agents.
  • The lithium-ion battery pack contains substances that are hazardous to the environment. Before discarding the vacuum cleaner, please remove the battery pack, then dispose of or recycle it in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the country or region where it is used.
  • The device must be disconnected from the power supply when removing the battery.
  • Keep batteries out of reach of children. Never put batteries in your mouth. If swallowed, seek medical attention or contact your local poison control center.
  • Under improper conditions, never touch the battery from which liquid may leak. If contact occurs, rinse with water. If liquid gets into your eyes, seek immediate medical attention. Liquid leaking from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

  • Voice prompt button: Press briefly to activate or adjust voice prompts. Press and hold for 3 seconds to set the language. Press again to change the language. Press and hold to confirm selection.

  • Insufficient water in the clean water tank: ?❌ Icon.
  • Dirty water tank is full / not installed: ?️ Icon.

Note: If the device does not operate correctly, an error message will appear on the screen. Please refer to the troubleshooting table to find your solution.

Installation

Handle Installation

Place the end of the handle vertically into the upper port of the vacuum cleaner as indicated until you hear a click.

Note: To detach, use an appropriate tool to press the button in the hole on the back of the device and lift the handle upwards simultaneously.

Accessory Storage Box Installation

Install the storage box onto the charging base.

Accessory Storage Box Installation

Place the accessory holder vertically into the storage box until you hear a click.

Note: To remove the accessory holder, use an appropriate tool to press the button in the hole at the bottom of the holder to contact the jack and lift the holder upwards simultaneously.

Charging

  1. Place the charging base on the floor against the wall and connect it to the power source. Fully charge the device before first use.
  2. Place the device on the charging base. The charging indicator symbol will light up on the screen. While charging, the number displayed on the screen reflects the current battery charge level as a percentage. When the number reaches 100%, the battery is fully charged and the symbol will turn off.

Note:

  • If the device is not used within 10 minutes of full charge, it will enter sleep mode.
  • To extend battery life, the battery continues to cool down automatically for about an hour after you have used the device for a long time.

How to Use

Switching Modes

The device will turn on in Auto Mode by default. You can switch to Suction-only Mode based on your needs.

  • Auto Mode: ⚙️ While cleaning the floor, the device automatically adjusts the suction power based on different situations.
  • Suction-only Mode: ? When this mode is selected, the vacuum cleaner only sucks up water, and the roller brush does not get wet. No water is dispensed from the clean water tank.
  • Standard Mode (Handvac): ? When the device is switched to handheld vacuum mode, it defaults to Standard Mode.
  • Turbo Mode (Handvac): ? Press the Handvac mode switch to select Turbo Mode.

Floor Washing - Usage

  1. Fill Clean Water Tank: Press the clean water tank release button to remove the tank. Open the tank cap and fill it with clean water. Reinstall the water tank in its place and ensure it clicks into position.
  2. Start Cleaning: Gently step on the brush cover and pull the device backward. Press the power button to start operation. Switch between Auto and Suction-only modes based on your needs.
  3. Empty Dirty Water Tank: Press the dirty water tank release button to remove the tank. Remove the tank cap and pour out the dirty water. Close the tank cap and reinstall the tank before use.

Note:

  • For better cleaning quality, it is recommended to add 10 ml of detergent (one capful) to the clean water tank, then gently and evenly shake before use.
  • Do not add any liquids other than the officially recommended cleaning agent.
  • Do not suck up foamy liquids with the vacuum cleaner.
  • If the device is in a vertical position during operation, the current task will be paused.
  • The device is suitable for cleaning floors such as marble, tile, and other types of hard surfaces.
  • Do not pull the device backward more than 140° to avoid water leakage.
  • When the device is operating, do not lift it off the floor or lay it on its side. Doing so may cause dirty water to flow into the motor.

Maintenance and Repair

Self-cleaning Mode

  1. Return the device to the base when you have finished cleaning.
  2. Briefly press the self-cleaning button on the top of the handle to turn self-cleaning on/off.
  3. Empty the dirty water tank after self-cleaning is complete. The device will then enter drying mode. Press the button to exit drying mode.

Note: Self-cleaning mode can only be activated when the device is charging, or when the battery level is above 15%. Drying mode:

  1. Press the self-cleaning button for 3 seconds to activate drying mode.
  2. The device will only charge after the drying mode is complete.

Note: Clean the charging base if there are stains left on it after self-cleaning. If you clean the roller brush by hand, please dry it thoroughly in the air, or use the drying mode several times.

Using as a Handheld Vacuum

  1. Press the handheld vacuum release button to detach it.
  2. Assemble the dust cup assembly and other accessories as shown in the diagram until you hear a click.
  3. Briefly press the Handvac power button to start operation. Briefly press the Handvac mode switch to switch from Standard Mode to Turbo Mode, based on your needs.

Note: The motorized mini brush should not be used with the extension tube.

Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank and Filter

  1. Press the dirty water tank release button and remove the dirty water tank.
  2. Remove the filter from the dirty water tank lid. Remove the tank lid and pour out the water.
  3. Rinse the dirty water tank and lid with water, using the cleaning brush to clean the inner walls of the tank.
  4. Close the dirty water tank lid. Then, reinstall the dirty water tank until you hear a click.

Note:

  • Cleaning the dirty water tank is recommended after each use.
  • Filter replacement is recommended every 3 to 6 months.
  • If the filter is dirty, rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly before use.

Cleaning the Pipe and Dirt Sensor

Remove the dirty water tank, carefully clean the pipe and dirt sensor with a damp cloth before use.

Note: To reduce the risk of electric shock or other damage, do not rinse the cyclone assembly in water.

Cleaning the Dust Cup Assembly

  1. Press the dust cup release button to detach it.
  2. Remove the filter and cyclone assembly, then empty the dust cup.
  3. Gently tap the filter or use the cleaning brush. Rinse the filter and dust cup with water.
  4. Dry the filter and dust cup completely before use.

Note: It is recommended to clean the dust cup after each use or when the dust level in the cup reaches the MAX mark. It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months.

Cleaning the Soft Roller Brush

  1. Press the roller brush removal button as shown in the image.
  2. Rinse the roller brush with water when it is dirty and place it vertically until completely dry.

Cleaning the Brush Assembly

  1. First, press the brush roller cover release buttons on both sides to remove the brush roller cover. Then press the brush roller removal button and the brush roller handle will come out. Pull the handle to remove the brush roller.
  2. Clean hair and debris tangled on the brush roller with the provided cleaning brush. Rinse the brush roller with clean water and dry it thoroughly.

Note: Clean as needed. It is recommended to alternate between the two included brushes. The brush roller replacement is recommended every 3 to 6 months.

Cleaning the Motorized Mini Brush

  1. Use a coin as illustrated to turn the lock counterclockwise and remove the brush roller until you hear a click.
  2. Rinse the brush roller with water when it is dirty and place it vertically until completely dry.

Troubleshooting

If a malfunction occurs, the device will stop working. Please refer to the following table to resolve issues. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

Battery Removal and Disposal

The built-in lithium-ion battery pack contains substances that are hazardous to the environment. Before discarding the battery, ensure it is removed by qualified technicians and handed over to an appropriate recycling facility.

  • The battery must be removed before discarding the vacuum cleaner;
  • The device must be disconnected from the power supply when removing the battery;
  • Battery disposal must be carried out safely.

Removal Instructions

  1. Remove the display screen by rotating the tool.
  2. Remove the screws from the battery cover alternately and then open the cover with appropriate tools.
  3. Disconnect the terminals between the battery and the PCB board to remove the battery.

Warning:

  • Before removing the battery, disconnect from the power supply and discharge the battery as much as possible.
  • Unused batteries should be disposed of at an appropriate recycling facility.
  • To prevent the risk of explosion, do not leave in high-temperature environments.
  • Under improper conditions, liquid may leak from the battery. In case of contact, rinse with water and seek medical attention.
