It features a compact, user-friendly design with a large LCD display and two buttons: a power button and a Unit button for switching between pounds (lb), ounces (oz), grams (g), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl oz). It includes a bowl for easy weighing of ingredients and offers features like tare calculation, auto OFF, and a low battery indicator.

To Install or Replace Battery

1. Remove the battery cover.
2. Insert 2x AAA batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Close the battery cover tightly.

Working Modes

• Weight Mode: Use the [UNIT button] to select grams (g), pounds (lb), or ounces (oz).
• Volume Mode (Water/Milk): Use the [UNIT button] to select milliliters (ml).

Unit Conversion

If the scale supports both Metric (g, ml) and Imperial (lb:oz, fl'oz) systems, press the 'UNIT' button to convert between them during weighing. A long press of the 'UNIT' button switches between weight and volume modes. The display shows units like 'g', 'lb', 'oz', and 'ml'.

Notes on Units:

• When grams (g) is the weight unit, the default volume unit is milliliters (ml).
• When pounds:ounces (lb:oz) is the weight unit, the default volume unit is fluid ounces (fl'oz).

Weighing and Volume Measurement

Start Weighing:

1. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.
2. Place a bowl (if used) on the scale before turning it on.

Weighing Mode Steps:

1. Press the [ZERO button] to turn on the scale.
2. Wait for the LCD to show "0" before starting.
3. Press the [UNIT button] to select weight mode if necessary.
4. Place the object to be weighed on the scale. The LCD will display the weight.
5. If weighing a liquid (water or milk), press the [UNIT button] to switch to volume mode to see the liquid's volume.

Volume Indication Mode Steps:

1. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.
2. Press the [ZERO button] to turn on the scale.
3. Wait for the LCD to show "0", then press the [UNIT button] to select "Water" or "Milk" mode.
4. Place a liquid container on the scale platform.
5. Press the [ZERO button] to reset the LCD to "0".
6. Pour the liquid into the container; the LCD will show its volume.
7. Press the [UNIT button] to switch back to "Weight" mode to see the liquid's weight.

"ZERO" OR "TARE" Function

To weigh multiple items consecutively without removing them, place the first item, get its weight, and then press the [ZERO button] to reset the LCD to '0' before adding the next item. This operation can be repeated.

Condition 1: "ZERO" function: Activated when the sum of all loads is ≤ 4% of the scale's max capacity (200g for 5000g capacity). The LCD shows "-----" or "0g" when pressed. "-----" indicates instability. "0g" with a "o" icon on the left means the ZERO function is active. Max weight capacity remains unchanged.

Condition 2: "TARE" function: Activated when the total sum of loads > 4% of the scale's max capacity. The LCD shows "-----" or "0g" when pressed. "0g" with a "T" icon on the upper left corner means the TARE function is active. The max weight capacity is reduced by the total weight of all added loads.

Auto and Manual Shut Off

Auto Shut Off: The scale automatically shuts off if the display shows "0" or the same weight reading for 2 minutes.

Manual Shut Off: To conserve battery life, press the [ZERO button] again to turn off the scale after use. If the display shows "0", a single press turns it off. If it shows a weight reading, press and hold the [ZERO button] for 3 seconds to turn it off.

Warning Indicators

1. [Low Battery Indicator] (Lo): Battery is low; replace it.
2. [Error Indicator] (Err): Maximum capacity exceeded; remove items to prevent damage.

Care and Maintenance

• Always use the scale on a hard, flat surface. Do not use on carpet.
• Do not strike, shake, or drop the scale.
