Measuring Body Weight Only
When you stand on the scale, it will measure your body weight.
Instructions:
- Place the scale on a hard and flat surface.
- Carefully step on the platform of scale and stand as stationary as possible until the weight reading is shown and locked on the LCD display.
- The scale will turn off automatically without any further operation.
The smooth surface of this digital scale is made of sturdy strong high-quality tempered glass. It is easy to clean and completely safe with rounded corners. This scale is equipped with 300 mAh internal lithium-ion batteries so that it can conveniently re-energize at any time through various sources.
Measuring Body Composition
Operating Instructions:
Download the "Dr Trust 360 App". You can download it from the [App Store] for Apple mobile phones or [Google Play Store] for Android phones.
Pairing the Scale with Your Smartphone:
- Open the Dr Trust 360 App. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.
- After successful activation of your account, put the scale on a hard and flat surface and then step on the scale lightly for pairing.
- Choose the device and then click on "Pair a device" to start pairing your smartphone with scale.
- Ensure your smartphone's [Bluetooth] is switched on to begin pairing.
- The Dr Trust 360 app will then automatically scan for the scale. Select the scale and touch the "Click to Pair" icon next to it.
- Stand on the scale again and click to begin measurement.
After pairing, stand on the scale again with bare feet (do not move) and click "Go" to begin measurement. The scale shuts off after a few seconds. The app will show and save all indexes and history records.
Note: To make a proper measurement of body fat, please keep your bare feet on the electrodes of the scale.
Example app displays:
- User selection: Assign reading to [User Name].
- Data display: Showing metrics like weight, body fat percentage, BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, body hydration, etc. Example values might include: Your weight [weight value], Body Composition [composition metric], [User Name] [user data].
- Graphs: Graphs of all smart-scale measurement data are displayed.
- Data comparison: Instantly compare each data point across time with all other readings.
- Progress tracking: Progress across all data points are easily trackable by user.
- Current data pop-up: Current selected data pops-up as auto-marked graph.
Other Intelligent Features:
- Informative links for each data point.
- Link to corresponding article with detailed explanation.
- All graphs are scrollable.
- Outer segments are also scrollable.
Maintenance and Storage
Please use soft tissue or a damp cloth with neutral detergent, alcohol, or glass cleaner to clean the surface of the scale. Avoid using soap or other chemicals as they may lead to damage. The storage environment must be dry. Also, keep it away from water, heat, and extreme coldness.

Error Codes
Overload and Low Power Indication:
- LO -- When the LCD indicates "Lo", please re-energize the scale.
- Err -- Maximum capacity exceeded. When the scale is overloaded (Over 180 kg/400 lb) "Err" will appear on the screen.
Common Troubleshooting
- Please ensure your Smartphones and Dr Trust 360 App both are updated to the latest versions.
- Please ensure that the Dr Trust 360 App has been given necessary permissions to work.
- The scale connects within the App only.
- You need to pair the scale for the first time only.
CAUTION
- Please take off shoes and socks and keep your bare feet in touch with electrodes for measuring body composition accurately.
- Do not place the scale on wet and slippery surfaces and should not stand on it with wet feet to avoid slipping.
- The scale is a high precision measuring device. So, never jump or stomp on the scale.
- Please handle it carefully to avoid damage when moving it.
- When weighing, both feet must be in the center of scale to avoid tipping of device.
Power Supply
It must be re-energized when the weight machine starts showing low battery and an error message while taking weight.
