User Guide
This device is a Three Mode WiFi Switch. It features a rectangular housing with three control buttons labeled "Switch 1", "Switch 2", and "Switch 3", along with a small red LED indicator.
Getting Started:
- Download the "Tuya Smart" application. You can find it by searching "Tuya Smart" in your mobile app store or by scanning the provided QR code [QR code for Tuya Smart app download].
- Create a new Tuya Smart account or log in if you already possess one.
- Ensure your smartphone or tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network that has internet access. Also, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. You will need your Wi-Fi password.
- Assign a name to your device within the Tuya Smart app.
Upon successful connection, the network indicator light will illuminate, confirming the device is online. If the Wi-Fi network connection is lost, the switch will automatically revert to Bluetooth control via your phone. You can operate the device by tapping the ON/OFF buttons within the app. The real-time status of the manual switch will also be reflected in the app.
ON/OFF Operating Principle: The connected appliances operate or stop functioning based on the switching of the live wire.

Checklist Before Using the Device
- Your smartphone or tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network with internet access.
- Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- You have the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Your smartphone or tablet can access the App Store or Google Play.
- Your router has MAC address filtering disabled or configured to allow the device.
Add Devices
The device's internal circuit board includes terminals for power input and output, as well as connections for external switches.
Circuit Board Terminal Description: The board is equipped with terminals labeled "Input", "AC 90V-250V/10A", "DC 0-30V/10A", "N", "L", "COM", "NC", and "NO". Additional connections include "DC 7V~32V", "USB 5V", and an "External switch interface". A network indicator LED is also present on the board.
Resetting the Device:
- If the network indicator is blinking rapidly (approximately 0.5 seconds per blink), you can skip the reset procedure.
- Power on the device.
- Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds. The network indicator (red light) should begin blinking rapidly (0.5 seconds per blink), indicating it is in pairing mode.
Adding via Tuya Smart App:
- Open the Tuya Smart app. Tap the '+' icon located in the top right corner of the main screen.
- Select the "Auto Scan" option. The app will search for nearby devices.
- Once the device is detected, click "Next". The device will then be added successfully.
- Alternatively, you can choose the "Add Manually" option if Auto Scan does not detect the device.
APP Function
The Tuya Smart application offers a comprehensive suite of features for managing your WiFi switch.
Home Screen: This section allows you to set your home location for localized information and displays a list of all your connected devices, often organized by rooms (e.g., "All Devices", "Living Room", "Master Bedroom").
Device Control Screen: Tapping on a specific device opens its control interface, which prominently features large ON/OFF buttons for each connected switch. The real-time operational status of the manual switch is also displayed here.
Device Settings: Within the device control screen, you can access various configuration options by tapping on items such as "Rename", "Offline Notification", "Third-party Control", "Share Device", "Create Group", "Device Update", and "Remove Device". A long press on a switch's name allows you to edit its label.
Advanced Functions: Access the full range of operational modes by tapping the designated area for advanced functions. These include:
- Timer: Set specific times for the switch to turn on or off.
- Countdown: Schedule the switch to turn off after a set duration.
- Relay Status: Configure the switch's behavior after a power outage (e.g., remain off, return to previous state, turn on).
- Schedule: Create recurring ON/OFF schedules.
- Interlock Setting: Ensure only one switch can be active at a time.
- Circulate: Set up a repeating cycle of ON/OFF states.
- RF Remote Control Setup: Pair and manage 433MHz RF remote controls.
- Random: Activate a random ON/OFF pattern for security.
- Inching: Set a temporary ON state that automatically turns off after a specified time.
Remote Control Matching
This switch is compatible with 433MHz RF remote controls for an alternative control method.
Procedure to Match a Remote Control:
- In the Tuya Smart app, navigate to the device's settings menu.
- Select "RF remote control setup" and then tap "Add".
- When prompted by the interface, press and hold the specific button on your RF remote control that you wish to pair with the switch.
- Release the remote control button once the device indicates a successful match (e.g., through an LED blink or an on-screen confirmation).
- Assign the successfully paired remote control button to the desired switch function (e.g., Switch 1 ON, Switch 1 OFF).
- Repeat steps 3 through 5 for any additional remote control buttons you intend to use.
Procedure to Delete a Matched Remote Control:
- Within the app, go to the "setting" menu and select "RF remote control setup".
- Locate the remote control entry you wish to remove. Swipe left on this entry.
- Tap the "delete" option that appears to confirm removal.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with device matching or the device appearing offline, please verify the following:
- Ensure the device has been correctly reset and is in pairing mode as described in the "Add Devices" section.
- Confirm that your Wi-Fi network is stable and the device is within range.
- Check that your Tuya Smart app is up-to-date.
- Review the "User Guide" and "Add Devices" sections for accurate pairing and setup procedures.
