⚠️ Checklist Before Using the Device
Ensure the following conditions are met before operating the WiFi Smart Control device:
- Your USB power adapter should provide more than 800mA output.
- Your smartphone or tablet must be connected to a 2.4G WiFi internet network.
- The device exclusively supports 2.4G WiFi. If your router offers both 5G and 2.4G signals, please select the 2.4G WiFi to connect your smart phone.
- Download and install the "Tuya Smart" APP or "Smart Life" APP from the App Store or Google Play Store. Register and log in to your account.
- During the pairing process, ensure your iOS or Android device and the smart control device are within the range of your WiFi router.
- Verify that your router is configured to allow MAC addresses. If MAC filtering is enabled, please disable or adjust it to allow the device to connect.

➕ Add Device (Pairing Instructions)
Follow these steps to add the WiFi Smart Control device to your smart home app:
- Power up the device using either the micro-USB port or the 7-32V terminal.
- Press and hold the pairing button for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator LED begins to blink rapidly.
- Launch your chosen smart home app (Tuya Smart or Smart Life). Tap the

icon, usually located in the top right corner, to add a new device. - Select "Electrician Socket (WiFi)" or a similar category, and confirm that the device's indicator LED is blinking rapidly.
- Choose your 2.4G WiFi network and enter the correct password. Then, tap "Next".
- The app will attempt to auto-connect with the device. This process typically takes about 1 minute.
- Upon successful connection, you will be prompted to rename the device. Enter a desired name and tap "Save".
Note: If pairing fails, the app may direct you to an FAQ section. Please review it for troubleshooting tips and retry the process. ❗
Operating Modes
The device supports three distinct operating modes, configurable via the app or manual switches:
1. Inching Mode
In this mode, when you press the manual switch or activate the relay via the app, the relay will automatically activate for a preset duration (e.g., 0.7 seconds) and then automatically deactivate.
Use Cases: Ideal for controlling devices that require momentary activation, such as gate openers (?
), door openers, elevators (⬆️
), or as remote control buttons (?

Connection Example: Connect to momentary buttons for gate/door openers.
2. Self-Lock Mode
In Self-Lock mode, pressing the manual switch or activating the relay via the app will cause the relay to toggle its state, remaining ON or OFF until the next activation.
Use Cases: Suitable for controlling home appliances that require continuous power, like lights (?

Connection Example: Connect to lights, fans, or humidifiers.
3. Inter-Lock Mode
Inter-Lock mode allows for sequential control. When one relay is activated (either manually or via the app), any other previously activated relay will automatically deactivate.
Use Cases: Useful for controlling devices where only one function can be active at a time, such as motors (⚙️

Smart Home Integration
This device is compatible with popular voice assistants and smart home platforms.
Work with Alexa
To control your device using Amazon Alexa:
- Open the Alexa app. Navigate to the menu (usually top left) and select "Skills".
- Search for "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" and select the relevant skill.
- Tap "Enable to Use" and then "Link Account".
- Enter your Tuya Smart or Smart Life account credentials and tap "Log in" to link your accounts.
Works with Google Home
To control your device using Google Assistant:
- Launch the Google Home app and tap the menu.
- Select "Home control".
- Tap the

icon to add a device or service. - Search for and select "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life".
- Follow the on-screen prompts to link your account.
