Safety and Operating Precautions
Please read the recommendations in this section carefully. Failure to comply with these simple recommendations may lead to dangerous or illegal actions.
The TECNO smartphone is designed for operation in cellular networks.
It is necessary to ensure road safety and follow the rules of using mobile communication while driving. Do not use the smartphone while driving. Use the "Hands-Free" function or stop the car during the conversation.
The device can only be connected to USB 2.0 ports.
Permissible operating temperature for the smartphone: -10°C to +55°C (standalone); 0°C to +40°C (with adapter).
The smartphone is not a waterproof device and does not have protection against water ingress. Do not use the smartphone in rain or in rooms with high humidity. Moisture and liquid of any type can damage the smartphone components. Avoid contact of the smartphone with water. Ensure that moisture does not enter the smartphone. Moisture ingress will void the manufacturer's warranty.
The smartphone complies with radio frequency radiation requirements if used at a distance of 5 mm from the body, and the holder does not contain metal or is not metallic.
The smartphone's battery is non-removable. Attempts to remove it yourself may lead to irreversible damage to the smartphone and termination of the manufacturer's warranty.
Caution! Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type. Replace only in authorized service centers.
Do not heat, disassemble, or mechanically damage the battery, as this may lead to an explosion.
Do not leave the battery in an environment with extremely high temperatures or under extremely low air pressure, as this may lead to an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
CAUTION! IN CASE OF INCORRECT BATTERY INSTALLATION, EXPLOSION IS POSSIBLE.
REPLACE ONLY IN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS.
Be careful when using headphones, as excessive sound pressure from headphones can lead to hearing loss. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume for extended periods.

Long-term storage of the smartphone is carried out in double packaging: inner and outer. The inner packaging uses special packaging paper or polyethylene film. The original boxes in which the smartphone was received from the manufacturer are used as outer packaging. Storage temperature: +5°C to +45°C; relative humidity up to 80% at +25°C.
Disposal of the smartphone and its accessories together with household waste is prohibited and is carried out at special disposal sites.

SIM Card Installation
- Turn off the smartphone.
- Install the SIM card as shown in the illustration. The illustration shows the back of the phone with a SIM tray labeled "SIM 1" and "SIM 2".
Smartphone Charging
To charge the phone, use the charger (power adapter) or connect the phone to a computer using the USB cable supplied with the smartphone.
Use only original TECNO chargers and cables. Other chargers or cables may damage the smartphone and lead to the refusal of warranty service.

Certification Regarding Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)
The smartphone complies with international requirements for exposure to radiofrequency radiation. The limit value of the specific absorption rate (SAR) does not exceed 2.0 W/kg. These norms for safe exposure limits were developed by the independent research organization ICNIRP and exclude the possibility of harm to human health.

Some smartphone functions depend on the services and settings of the mobile operator. Some functions may be enabled or disabled by the operator, and their functional range may be limited by network settings.
The WLAN function of this smartphone operates in the 5.15–5.35 GHz frequency band and can only be used indoors.

Manufacturing Date
The smartphone's manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging and/or the smartphone's body. It is represented by the first two symbols of the information code (D/N).
The first symbol is the year of production (M – 2023; N – 2024; O – 2025). The second symbol is the month of production (from January to September – 1 to 9; X – October; Y – November; Z – December).
The manufacturing date of the charger (power adapter) can be represented in two ways:
- In the format YYYY/MM/DD;
- Encrypted in the serial number (S/N) on the charger body: the tenth symbol is the year of production (the last digit of the current decade); the eleventh symbol is the month of production (from January to September – 1 to 9, A – October, B – November, C – December); the twelfth and thirteenth symbols are the day of production.
The smartphone complies with the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union EAEEC 037/2016 "On the limitation of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment", TR TC 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means", TR TC 004/2011 "On the safety of low-voltage equipment".
