Assembly Instructions
Important Safety Information
General Safety Guidelines:
- Always use proper tools.
- Follow assembly steps in order; do not skip any.
- Check all packing materials carefully for small parts. Contact the retailer if parts are missing. Do not use substitute parts.
- Periodically check that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight.
- Keep instructions for future reference.
Glass/Mirror Handling: Be extremely careful when handling glass or mirrors, as severe injury may result if they break. Never handle large pieces of glass or mirrors by yourself.
Electrical Cords: When assembling products with electric cords (lamps, lights, etc.), always ensure the electrical cord is unplugged before assembly and be careful not to twist the electrical cord during assembly.
Assembly Load: Do not stand on lower shelves to assemble upper shelves; use a step ladder. Do not stand on tables (end tables, coffee tables, dinner tables), as they are not designed to support a person's weight. If assembly instructions state that two or more people are required, do not attempt by yourself as there is a risk of injury.
Liability: Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC disclaims any liability for damages or injuries which may occur due to failure to properly follow assembly instructions, properly assemble the product, or properly use the product.
Note: Your unit may look different in appearance from the one shown in the illustrations on this instruction sheet.
