Assembly Instructions

Parts List

Ensure you have all the following parts before beginning assembly:

2x Cam lock fitting (121222)
4x Cam lock fitting (121222)

2x Lid support mechanism

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Side Panels

Insert 8 dowels (101350) into the pre-drilled holes on panels A, B, C, and D as shown in the diagram. Ensure they are firmly seated.

Step 2: Assemble Base Frame

Attach panels C and D to panel A using the Allen key (100001) and 4 screws (108870). Then, attach panel B to the other side of panel A using 4 cam lock fittings (121222) and 4 screws (108870). Ensure the cam locks are tightened by turning them with a screwdriver.

Step 3: Attach Connecting Rails

Connect the assembled frame with the remaining panels using 4 cam lock fittings (113434) and 4 cover caps (157409). Insert the cam lock fittings into the larger holes and turn them to secure the panels.

Step 4: Assemble Second Base Frame

Repeat Step 1 and 2 to assemble the second base frame.

Step 5: Connect Base Frames

Join the two assembled base frames using dowels (101350) and screws (108560). Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 6: Attach Side Supports

Attach the side support panels to the base frame using screws (108870) and cam lock fittings (121222). Ensure the cam lock fittings are properly tightened.

Step 7: Attach Back Panel

Slide the back panel into the grooves of the assembled frame. Ensure it is fully seated and secure. Do not force the panel.

Step 8: Attach Front Panel

Attach the front panel to the base frame using screws (108560) and cam lock fittings (121222). Ensure the cam locks are tightened.

Step 9: Attach Top Supports

Attach the top support rails to the side panels using screws (108870) and cam lock fittings (121222). Ensure the cam locks are tightened.

Step 10: Attach Lid Supports

Attach the lid support mechanisms to the underside of the lid and the desk frame using screws (108560) and cam lock fittings (121222). Ensure the correct orientation as shown in the diagram.

Step 11: Attach Lid

Carefully align the lid with the desk frame and attach it to the lid support mechanisms. Ensure the lid opens and closes smoothly.

Step 12: Secure Lid

Use the provided Allen key (100001) to secure the lid support mechanisms. You should hear a click when they are properly engaged.

Step 13: Final Check

Ensure all screws and fittings are tightened. Check that the lid operates correctly.

Important: Periodically check and retighten all fittings as necessary.
