Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Yileide Battery Charger. Please read the entire instruction strictly to use this charger.

Features

The charger is an economic, high quality, intelligent, 100-240Vac input balance charger. The charging program consists of 5 steps: Pre-charge, Constant current, Constant voltage, Float-charge, and Shut-off automatically. The charger provides protections against Over-load, Over-voltage, Over-current, Over-heating, Short-circuit, and Reversed polarity connections.

Instructions

Ensure the battery system has the proper rated voltage, amp hours, and type for this charger.
First, connect the charger DC wires to the battery system correctly.
Then, connect the charger AC plug to a wall socket (100-240Vac).
The charger will start automatically if the battery is not full.
Ensure the charger is working well by checking the status of the LED indicator.
After charging is complete, please disconnect the charger AC plug and store it in a proper place.
Read the battery manufacturer's instructions and adhere to them strictly.

LED Indicator

LED Lights	Charger Status
Yellow light blinks quickly	Load error
Red light blinks slowly	Charging. Battery capacity is under 80%.
Yellow light blinks slowly	Charging. Battery capacity is between 80% and 90%.
Green light blinks slowly	Charging. Battery capacity is between 90% and 100%.
Steady green light	Charging is complete.
Red light blinks quickly	Input power failure.
Red light and green light blink alternately	Short-circuited or reversed connection.
Red light blinks 2 times, interval 1 second, then 2 times	Over-heating alarm.
Red light blinks 3 times, interval 1 second, then 3 times	Output over-current alarm.
Red light blinks 4 times, interval 1 second, then 4 times	Output over-voltage alarm.

If there is a problem with the charger, the fan will stop rotating and the LED indicator will blink red light to give an error warning. Please disconnect the charger from the wall socket.

Warning and Safety Notes

Never leave the charger unattended when it is connected to its power supply.
Never place the charger connected with batteries on any form of flammable surface.
Never operate the charger in the vicinity of inflammable material or gas.
Ensure that there is unrestricted airflow to and from the charger's cooling slots.
Never operate this charger if it has received any physical damage, been dropped, or received a sharp blow.
Do not disconnect the DC charging cord while the charger is operating. This can cause arcing and/or explosion.
Never charge a frozen or non-rechargeable battery as they may explode, causing injury, death, property damage, and/or fire.
To reduce the risk of fire, do not use it near flammable materials or vapors. Always use the charger on a non-combustible surface (e.g., Metal, brick, concrete, etc.).
