Speaker Placement

Proper speaker placement is crucial for optimal sound performance. The diagram shows the satellite speakers positioned on either side of a laptop, with the subwoofer placed on the floor or desk.

Note: Wall brackets are not included.

The connection points for the satellite speakers utilize a 1/4" 20-thread mounting system.

Speaker Connection

Follow these steps to connect your Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers:

  1. Connect the left satellite speaker to the 'PREAMP OUT LEFT' port on the subwoofer.
  2. Connect the right satellite speaker to the 'PREAMP OUT RIGHT' port on the subwoofer.
  3. Connect the audio source (e.g., laptop, computer) to the 'INPUT' port on the subwoofer using the provided audio cable.
  4. Connect the power cord to the subwoofer and plug it into a power outlet.
  5. Optional: Connect headphones or a smartphone to the designated headphone/auxiliary jack for private listening.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the volume control knob on the subwoofer or through your computer's volume settings. The diagram shows a laptop screen displaying a volume level of 70% and a visual representation of the volume bar.
