How to Use

Selfie Stick Mode

Tighten the knob, mount the camera, and then extend the selfie stick to the desired length.

The process begins by tightening a knob, indicated by lock and unlock symbols, to secure the camera mount. The selfie stick can then be extended to the desired length, as shown by an arrow indicating extension.

Bullet Time Mode

Step 1: Loosen the knob, extend the stick until the red indication mark on the Bullet Time Component is completely exposed, then tighten.

Tip: To retract the Bullet Time Component, loosen the knob and shorten the stick.

Step 2: Hold the handle of the selfie stick and rotate the Bullet Time Component until it aligns with the desired notch in the angle ring (65°, 75° or 90°), then insert and snap into place.

Step 3: Mount your camera onto the selfie stick and turn it until one of the lenses is aimed squarely at the ground and the other is facing directly upwards. Then extend the stick to the desired length.

Step 4: Set your camera to Bullet Time Mode, then grip the handle tightly and swing the selfie stick in a circular motion at a consistent speed. One rotation per second is recommended.

Notes

• When using Selfie Stick Mode, do not loosen the knob to extend or retract the Bullet Time Component.
• Only use Bullet Time Mode with Insta360 X series cameras, and ensure the camera is securely connected to the selfie stick before using the feature.
• This selfie stick can be used in fresh water, but cannot be used in salt water. After using it in water, shake out all excess water via the drainage hole in the bottom of the selfie stick. Leave it in a cool, dry area to dry thoroughly before using it again.
• This selfie stick provides three different Bullet Time angles: 65°, 75° and 90°. The lower the angle, the better the view, but the invisible selfie stick effect will become harder to achieve.
• When using the selfie stick on a beach, avoid getting sand in the rotating gear and hinge. If sand does get into the selfie stick, clean thoroughly before using Bullet Time.
• Ensure that the bullet time component is completely extended and the red indication mark is visible before using Bullet Time Mode in order to prevent damage when swinging the selfie stick.
• The 1/4-inch screw port at the bottom of the selfie stick can connect with a tripod or Selfie Stick Wrist Strap. Do not install on vehicles for use while in motion.
