Installation Dimensions and Clearances
Ensure the following dimensions and clearances are met for proper installation:
- Appliance Height: 1940-1950 mm
- Appliance Width: 540 mm
- Appliance Depth: 545 mm
- Side Clearance: Minimum 555 mm and 560 mm
- Top Gap: 32 mm
- Bottom Gap: 40 mm
- Side Gaps (door): 2 mm
- Top/Bottom Gaps (door): 2 mm
- Ventilation: Minimum 200 cm² at top and bottom of the appliance.
- Back Wall: Ensure there is no wooden back wall behind the appliance.
- Door Opening: The appliance door should be able to open to 90°.
A specific component requires a 17 mm clearance.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare Appliance Door
Attach the metal bracket (f) to the appliance door using self-tapping screws (a). Ensure a secure fit, indicated by a 'click' sound.
Step 2: Mount Sliding Rail to Appliance Frame
Attach the sliding rail component (g) to the appliance frame using screws (e) and long machine screws (i). Ensure the rail is aligned correctly, with a 42 mm measurement from specific points.
Step 3: Connect Rail Components
Connect the sliding rail component (g) to the runner component (k) using screws (a) and metal plates (f). A 'click' sound indicates proper connection.
Step 4: Attach Housing to Appliance Door
Attach the housing component (h) to the appliance door using screws (a) and metal plates (f). A 'click' sound indicates proper attachment.
Step 5: Mount Runner to Appliance Frame
Mount the runner component (k) to the appliance frame using screws (a) and screws (e).
Step 6: Connect Door Assembly to Frame Assembly
Connect the appliance door assembly (with housing h) to the appliance frame assembly (with runner k). This step involves aligning and securing the components, often with a 'click' mechanism.
Step 7: Final Adjustments and Covers
Further steps may involve attaching additional rail components (n, o) or the long metal rod (p). Install covers (j) as needed. The diagrams suggest multiple attachment points on the appliance door and frame, with specific clearances (2 mm, 4 mm) indicated.
